Room was too cold, supplementary blankets were needed. A bit noisy with small kids in neighbouring rooms. Our room had a small window. Single beds which shift away from each other, not ideal for a couple. There should be a way to hold beds/mattresses together.

Very generous breakfast, lots of different local cheese varieties. Restaurant serving a nice variety of vegetarian dishes. Pleasant dining room with good views. Soft but surprisingly comfy mattresses' Lovely personnel, attentive service. Ski to door, 3 min on foot from cable car station. Practical heated ski room accessible with lift... Some views from the room. Good value for money. Very quiet, less "traffic" than in Bettmeralp. Good skiing in the Fiescheralp area, pistes a bit more difficult/satisfying than in Bettmer/Riederalp.

Nothing really. While breakfast hours (from 8am) were later than we are used to, we were on vacation, so we just learned to slow down and roll with it.

The hotel is very well located, steps from the gondola station and hiking trails, with wonderful views of the valley and mountains from our room and balcony. Could not have wished for a better place to sit and relax with the sound of cow bells. Fiescheralp is very quiet, and that's exactly what we were hoping for. The breakfast buffet offered excellent options, both salty and sweet, to fuel up for the day. We did not have full meals in the restaurant, but the drinks and desserts were really good. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and responsive to guest requests.

Excellent situation, comfy and well decorated room with super view and balcony. Nice restaurant, there is good choice for vegetarians, which is rarely enough in Oberwallis! The personnel is attentive and welcoming. Heated ski room.

Wonderful location to hike in the Aletsch glacier area. The room was small but very comfortable and clean, the staff is very kind and helpful and the restaurant offers delicious food. All in all, a great experience

The hotel was great and I would definitely stay again. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a balcony with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was great, and hotel staff was very friendly.

The location of Hotel Jungfrau is perfectly situated in Fiescheralp with wonderful views of the mountains. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers a delicious, complimentary breakfast and great options for dinner. The staff are incredibly friendly and make the hotel truly unforgettable!

Nothing negative comes to mind. There is no nightlife, but I was there in September to hike and presume ski season would be different.

Buffet breakfast was good, a variety of bread, cheese, meats and cereals. Coffee was fine. Had 2 dinners there and both were quite good; they have a fine kitchen. My room had a balcony with a Matterhorn view (if you know where to look!) and unobstructed panorama to the south and west. There is a deck with the same views with a friendly staff and good beer, very welcome after healthy hikes overlooking glaciers. The trails are well marked and it's a short walk from the Fiesch gondola (with frequent service).

A minute walk to the cable cars in the very small hamlet of Fiescheralp this family run mountain hotel offers clean rooms with amazing views and huge breakfast. Staff and owner couldn’t have been nicer. Exceeded my expectations and great value Danke

Fantastic place to be perfectly located for ski, snow shoesin winter and rando, trail in summer. The restaurant and his chef are amazing. The breakfast buffet with a view is really plaisant. I am a big fan.
