Breakfast was not automatically included in the booking (although I default book like this, bit surprised) and is only from 6.00-8.00. Swiss start work early apparently! Fortunately a local bakery closeby and coffee machine in the room.

This was my first time in a 'fully automatic' hotel where login is done at a machine in the entrance... But it was very logical and smooth. The room was big, even with a small kitchen, and had a wonderful surprise - a relax chair! Great idea. The 'Mongolian Grill' restaurant that is part of the hotel was also offering really nice food.

It was rather hot but when I raised it with management they brought me a mobile AC unit which was noisy but effective. Also, the bathroom fan didn’t work. Not a big deal.

Clean, new, bright. Easy parking. Near enough to Solothurn to be able to walk into the old town/walk to the train station. Nice walk opposite on a hillside park with woods. Large enough desk to work from and good wifi connection. Good sized wardrobe, comfortable chair, adequate kitchen area. Friendly staff. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Breakfast needs to be added additionally. Availability and price of it is not clear upfront and must be communicated separately. Classical continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Room is nice and equipped very good.

Automatic check-in takes a lot of time and could be much faster. The garage was not accessible as the key did not work to open the garage door.

Essential place, with everything you need. New and clean, a good option to stay in the area.

We almost couldn’t check-in because the automated system said our room wasn’t ready, at 10 o’clock at night, which was very frustrating especially with kids. There were 3 different phone numbers provided to contact someone in case of issues - 1 at the kiosk, one in the booking.com email, and one within the booking.com app. I finally got through to someone with the third number, and I was told they have issues with reservations made through the app, and they manually had to fix something. within minutes after that, we were able to check in finally.

one patio door had no blind, and the area was open to room next door, so they would be ablre to see iinto the bedroom. room was then lit from sun rise. fridge stopped working so not good as my insulin was in there, and food.

loved having the kitchen area to cook for ourselves. view was great. loverly spacious room with a fantastic shower.

If one is noise sensitive, the near by bells of the church might be irritating (as they get off every 15 minutes).

Easy to reach place with parking - room was spacious and facing the green backyard and therefore quiet. Kitchen is equipped with everything one might need. Exchange prior of the trip and during the trip was excellent - service is very recommended! Also the train station and city center of Solothurn is easy to reach on foot!

Breakfast restaurant was closed. Light central system not coherent. Not table outside. Not plug close to the table (laptop).

We didn't like the location too much, but it was easy to go to Gruyeres from here by car.

I believe the accommodation is mainly used by business people. It was very clean, good beds and big screen TV with manny channels.. It's runned without reception staff and check in is by machine. We used it as it's close to Gruyeres by car.

During our stay we saw nobody at the reception. It's very difficult to find someone from the hotel's staff. At the check-in the reception was closed. We had to do the check-in with the help of an automatic machine outside of the hotel. If someone does not have a credit card, then he can't do the check-in and he can't enter the hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean and a lot of amenities are provided (Kitchen, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The parking/garage is very good and easy to use.

Upon arrival, about two hours after I booked the hotel, the kiosk was saying that I could check in but my room wasn’t ready. There’s no staff on site to help. The automated check in kiosk was also broken- the touch screen didn’t work so working through the steps was impossible. I called the on-call phone number and no one answered. Tried calling Booking and couldn’t get through. Finally someone in the hotel restaurant who happened to know how to work around the whole thing stepped up and helped.

The rooms are clean and well appointed. Parking is free.

The self check in did not work . We called the K Business hotel and nobody answered. We were force to look for another hotel. We tried several time to self check in, and didn't work.

I had to extend my stay and wrote that I wanted to keep my room in the new reservation and also in a message the same morning as I was going over to the new reservation. I did not get any reply so I think it is OK. Then my colleague checks in and gets my room with all my stuff still in there.
