Housekeeping service was not to the standard expected given the price. Concierge was useless. Pool staff were unfriendly about kids using the pool - dedicated splash times are not at the best times for families. Shuttle service to the ski lift needs improving.

Great location in town, lovely pool and gym. Nice large room to fit a family. Good buffet breakfast.

The Hotel has an excellent Spa and a wonderful Bar which served excellent Food. The Bar Staff were excellent and made our daughter feel very much at home. Great Burgers, King Prawns and an excellent Whispering Angel Rose.

-I was in a dream while staying there an incredible hotel with everything to my liking until it was time to sleep I was shocked that the bed was damaged and tilted to one side that it was impossible to sleep on it , at that time I was already very tired at the end of the day so I had to manage somehow not to mention those twin beds in such a room are very small and don’t match with the luxury setting of such high standards hotel - I was surprised when I ordered club sandwich that the chicken in the sandwich wasn’t a chicken breast a mistake that usually doesn’t happen

- incredible staff - beautiful lobby - delicious breakfast - spacious room - was given an upgrade which is always appreciated - excellent balcony with breathtaking views - close to titlis - valet service is great

There was a party at Kursaal, which you could hear up to the 4th floor.

The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Very nice spa area, which you can as well use on the day of departure. I have rarely experienced such a thought through hotel room concept. You would find everything you wish for and you need at the place where you are looking for it. Breakfast was very good quality. Great customer experience.

The hotel is located in a mountainous area and at 8:00 pm it possible to find a restaurant for dinner near the hotel ( hotel food is a bit expensive ) . And the mountain paths was without lights, so it’s a bit difficult to travel this distance at night to search for restaurants or for something else.

I loved how they deal with children and focused on them, they treat guests very nicely. On the other side, there is no air conditioning and the weather was a little bit hot and the breakfast was good ( all in small portion ), and most of the desserts contain animal oil .

Perfect location and beautiful view. Very clean and very well trained staff. The swimming pool was amazing with a breathtaking wive of the surrounding mountains. The park next to the hotel was the cherry on top as all parents with a baby would know.

Very expensive and there was no A/C where the weather was a bit hot
