Not much really, but if I have to mention something. The water in the pool and jacuzzi could be warmer.. And dinner at the Catani was excellent, only one small critic, the portion of the main course was very small (smaller than the apetizer)

Amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We went for a Spa get away and we felt completely relaxed after our stay. Definitely worth recommending to anyone. We will definitely stay again

We are used to this hotel category, but not to this standard. Our stay was perfect from the very beginning to the end. Room, spa, service, everything was perfect. At a certain point we started to look for flaws but didn't find any. Thank you very much for everything.

These are minor and more related to design issues: - the electronic light controls were a bit temperamental, as these things can be, and one time it took more than a few minutes to turn on the bathroom light - water leaked out of the shower, a lot - the vegan food options were quite limited, I would have preferred to eat all my meals at the hotel but there weren't really enough options so I had to venture out. I also don't think the breakfast is worth it when you're vegan compared to what is on offer for non-vegan options, which are extensive and comparably more expensive. Whilst I appreciated this only affects a minority, it is easy and possible to have a few meals that can be adapted to different diets (e.g. asian style curries and stir fries where you can choose different protien sources, offering Beyond Burgers, and pasta dishes).

The quality of the hotel, amenities, and service is exceptional. The spa is fantastic. The location is great, 2 min walk from the station and within walking distance of activities.

cleaner closes all curtains. walk in the room for first time and see closed curtains. do they not understand we want to see the nice views and room with natural light

I am coming here to relax and apparantly my Pre-Authorized balance was exceded in 2nd day of my stay so hotel team approached me twice to clear the Balance and i did that, but to be honest i didnt like the approach protocol as the staff came to me in the middle of lobby asking to clear the balance although i still have one night more it make me feel that Hotel is Taking precautions against me Running or something, which apparantly i will never do I have been to countless 5 star hotels all over around the world in the matter of fact i have been to about (16) 5 star hotels in the past 2 years and this is the first time am having this issue

The hotel restaurant does not know how to cook a steak properly and the food took ages.

The room is very nice also the breakfast is amazing. The reception is very helpful also the breakfast staff
