Disappointing not to have had a Ticino Card as we were there for 3 days and used a lot of the tourist attractions.

A beautiful, spacious apartment with a small balcony in the heart of the old town, but still quiet. Lovely furnishings, a very comfortable bed and nice extra touches on arrival (snacks and sweets and a bottle of wine). We had a little difficulty finding the apartment - head for the restaurant by the same name and you'll be right there!

As the name of the place was not written in the street, we weren't sure to be at the right place once we arrived at the given address. However, the host was very helpful, answering the phone immediately and confirming our location.

Our host was really friendly. He came as soon as we called to give us the keys and show us the appartement. We felt really welcomed. The apartment is really nice, beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home. Its location is also amazing, really close to the center of Locarno, but still very quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spacious, sparkling clean, light, well-decorated, modern, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. Chilled bottle of wine and pastries greet you upon arrival. Central location. So much nicer than squeezing into a small hotel room!

No cupboard in bedroom only a clothes rail.

Whole place is great. Great attention to detail from owners. Very clean, comfortable, nice little balcony. Close to station and Piazza Grande.

Unfortunately the flat is near a street and as I am sensitive to car noises I had to look for an other flat and of course, got no money back

Noise till 2-4 am.because of people coming back from bars and restaurants. And from 6 am because of renovation works on Piazza Grande. No door between sleeping part and living room with window to the street closed to Piazza Grande.. Absence of any hanger for an overcoat or jacket in the entry hall of 1m2 (plus the bathroom right near entry door). Wardrobe in sleeping area is without doors. So you see all your overcoats and clothes from your bed. We made a mistake to take our son 13 y.o.with hope to pay additional fees on the place. Lady in charge of client's service raised a full scandal with the requirement to place the child in another apartment or hotel. She was chating infront of our chaild crazy way. We had a strong stress next 2 days! By the way according to her this appartment allows adults older 30 y.o. only! Finaly we were obliged to rent an another apartment for me and my son and my husband stayed alone in this one.. As they refused to make any kind of refund. The most horrible experience in our life!

we stayed in this appartment for a second time because our first stay in 2020 was sooo perfect. unfortunatly, this time arround we were not as happy :( Something about the bed was changed so we could feel every iron feather from the mattres and not being able to reach the hosts was a bit frustrating at a time. the trattoria was closed aswell so we didnt get to enjoy the delicous food.

The Location is so perfect. on weekends, when concerts take place at the piazza grande, you can listen to them from your couch when opening the windows. the trattoria downstairs is also fabulous when open.
