We loved everything and cannot wait to return. Easy access by car and train. Beautiful lobby, lounge, dining and breakfast area over-looking Lago Maggiore. The bedrooms were clean, modern, stylish and excellent workmanship. The bed was extremely comfortable. The views from the balcony were stunning. We ate breakfast which was beautiful and plentiful with lovely, friendly staff.

Excellent location, very close to Locarno station and in front of the lake. All the staff was welcoming and professional. The room was spacious, with balcony and lake view.

The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

Where should I start! We were traveling with a baby and it was my husband’s birthday. We were very pleased by how they had set up the room to accommodate our baby. There was a baby bed a changing station and a bath tub for the baby. All premium quality and sparkling clean! They also surprised us with a beautiful and delicious birthday cake at breakfast on my husband’s birthday! We couldn’t be happier. The staff and the location are two other major advantages of the hotel. It was our second stay and we will definitely go back! Thanks to the whole staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

Large room with large and comfortable bed, balcony - and great views (from 2nd floor). Excellent breakfast with many choices and great coffee. Staff is very welcoming and helpful!
