Everything was great

Staying in this gorgeous hotel from 1600s(?) is like stepping back in time. Not only was the accommodation perfect, the property has an absolutely incredible restaurant and killer breakfast. It’s a super small hotel so it was so private and lovely and a perfect place to land while visiting family.

You can hear some noise from downstair in the morning easily,even you close all windows.

The room is big compare to another hotel in Switzerland. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. If I were to pinpoint an area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which, while included, had a limited selection and could benefit from more variety.

I loved the spacious, clean rooms and the friendly staff. The hotel’s convenient location, with easy access to a direct bus to my destination, was a major plus.

09:00 for breakfast was pretty late, especially since there is no cooked food options available. The buffet was pretty underwhelming, the food was ok. The room was also pretty noisy at night since it was close to the stret and restaurant.

Very beautiful room. Good sized bathroom and very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Good location near a bus stop with connections to the city center. Great internet service.

The only downside here is that it’s about 10 minutes away from the city center by car

It’s a mansion or former residence of the president of the Bern area. I was a single traveler, but the room I had was huge and the shower/bathroom was awesome.

Some areas were a bit run down. It was also a bit of a walk to the main town. But for the cost it was worth it!

Accessibility. Very little to do in this area, was only there as visiting parents in sheltered accomodation nearby. No staff after lunch on weekends & hotel closed.

I arrived in the midst of a heat wave. Rooms are too hot and no A/C. However, they did give us a strong fan and it solved the challenge.

The rooms did not have air conditioning or fans and it was extremely hot. You could not open the windows as the restaurant downstairs was very loud at night normally going quiet after midnight. The hotel was not manned after hours or when the restaurant was closed and you needed a code to get in. This was not communicated correctly on check in. Luckily another guest helped us as no one answered their phones on the after hours contact list.

The room stinks extremly by arrival. The breakfast first morning only until 9. Yiy don't want the maintance in your room you tell it. You go and come back you find them in your room looking at your stuff.

Too hot at night. Even with open rooms we were too hot as the air didn't circulate. This made it difficult to sleep. Please adjust to global warming and provide fans / ventilators, if not air conditioning.

Spacious, elegant rooms with high-end furniture and decor. Bathroom was very clean and luxurious. Great fixtures. Charming restaurant and outdoor seating. Lots of parking.
