The room was not as clean as what we expect. Toilette in 109 had yellow stain. The desks looked like they were not wiped with a wet cloth since you can see the glass marks.

Nice location with parking. Nice breakfast buffet with friendly staff. Strict Covid measures with seating that makes you feel safe.

Property was under construction, no information about this was offered until after I paid the non-refundable cost of the stay. The steam room in wellness was inoperable (again, no mention of this prior to my stay).

Great restaurants on the grounds. The wellness (spa) area was average, and the breakfast was pretty tasty albeit busy if you don’t go at the beginning or end of the serving time. The staff really do make the difference and they have a very hospitable climate and many speak 2-3 languages.

Sometimes the staff took its job light handedly. But most of the time they were helpful and trying to find solutions. Reception was closed post 10pm with the key master only starting work at 11pm. In between nobody could help out if you had forgotten or lost your door card.

Breakfast, renovated rooms with balcony at Metropol, free access to Ovaverva, ability to take a shower, go to the spa and get towels on the last day. Diversity of restaurants in the building. Location and newspapers at breakfast.

There should be some vegan options for breakfast, e.g plant based drinks. Umbrella should be provided during rainy days to reach the room from the reception area that is in a different building.

Newly restructured rooms with nice design. Very good breakfast, including also English breakfast. Staff very kind easygoing and helpful. The bädi nearby is very nice.

We loved restaurants inside of hotel, great room service, nice music in lounge next to cozy fire place ,walkable distance to everything you need or may wish, we appreciate transfer service,made everything nice and easy. Monotonous breakfasts. Nothing new for many years. Rude staff, especially the room manager. Gigantic prices per night are completely inadequate to the quality of rooms and services. There are better and cheaper places for skiing, such as Sellaronda in Italy.

Water damage in the bathrooms. No extra pillows. Staff could have been a little more friendlier. Scary elevator ride. Housekeeping need to learn to knock before entering a room, or wait until the guests have checked out after the specific time.

My opinion is negative! The hotel charged me for ski passes on the day of check-in and check-out. I checked in after 3 p.m. and checked out at 7:30 a.m. So I didn't even have the opportunity to use the passes on those days. I was charged CHF 188. I contacted the hotel about this situation, the hotel employee ignored my comments and the unduly collected money was not refunded. This is unfair on the hotel's part. Grzegorz Kaluza

We didn’t like the standard room so we requested for an upgrade. Don’t book it, it’s very old and it looks like it’s not part of the hotel. Everything else is really good.

We stayed for a single night to get to take in the scenery, walk around the village and visit the nearby spa bath Ovaverva. We had breakfast in the hotel and dinner in the nearby Corvatsch (which belongs to the same chain as Laudinella), which were both very good. - amazingly friendly personnel - nice price for value, the Ovaverva entry to spa and bath was free with the hotel booking which accumulates to 80CHF in total saved - the breakfast was rich and refilled even when not being very early - the room was clean - nice view - free pickup from the train station Note: when going to Ovaverva, don't forget to bring the bath robe and 2 towels when going to the spa zone.

The hotel had been renovated. Our hotel room was big and had everything we needed. Location wise,it is close to everything. The staff very friendly. Our respects to the guy who did our check out(didn’t look at his name tag). He was super professional and made the check out smooth and it had that warm goodbye vibe. Good breakfast as well.

No air conditioning. What is wrong with Switzerland? Hospitality is about what your guests want, not what you think should be OK. A double bed is not 2 single beds pushed together.

only the small lifts to each wing of the hotel aren’t large enough to accomodate more than 4 guests with luggage .

newly refurbished room was high spec. the lobby area was also. the hotel has 2 courtesy cans for train station pickup which was appreciated with us and our luggage. although a very pleasant walk of 20 minutes along the lake to the train is worthwhile for a day trip and no luggage. the breakfast include in the price was exceptional, plenty of choice and staff most helpful with refills of breakfast as and when needed.
