Everything was great.

The room and the view of the lake and the mountains were exceptional. We also took advantage of the private spa room, which was exactly what the doctor ordered.

While the size of bed was excellent, I found the pillows in particular to be too soft for my personal preference, and overall found the bedding a bit too warm. If I were to improve anything in the bathroom, it would be to include a more spacious, modern shower if possible.

Spacious room made the stay comfortable. Lovely view from balcony. Well-equipped bathroom. British TV channels available. Attentive staff and housekeeping. Breakfast had a great variety in a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Housekeeping wasn’t helpful enough.. i forgot my white t . Shirt on the bed , but she didn’t find it , cause it was white color the same color of the bedsheets. & when i checked out i was calling the hotel many times , after 4 days they told me they didn’t find it .

The breakfast is expensive (45 francs) and did not feel quite as special and luxurious as the rest of the hotel. We also had dinner in the brasserie and felt it was far too expensive for the quality of the food. My husband had turbot which had the consistency of a chicken breast.

The Lausanne Palace is a beautiful hotel with a lovely bar, great spa, fantastic rooms (we had a lovely lake view room, large and with a balcony) and very friendly staff.

Excellent service. Clean and big hotel room with very comfortable beds. They offered to Let us use their sister proper swimming pool as they’re was closed. Gave us a complimentary breakfast Bell men and concierge. Everyone was very nice. Gave us metro passes to go down to the lake area Will stay again. ;))

Room was perfect and absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely pleasant. Although the pool was closed, we were able to use the spa from the Beau-Rivage Palace which was just perfect.

Friendly professional helpful staff, amazing location, actually the best in the city from my point of view, you can see the city together with the lake from the balcony, amazingly big room, super clean. Don’t think about it, if the hotel is within your budget, go ahead and reserve there.

the bar experience was not as I'd have expected: a DJ who played too loud and dance music which didn't fit to the bar & hotel in my opinion, I didn't get served the second time I went to the bar because the waiter didn't notice me

It is a short but steep uphill climb from the train station. Wish the hotel would have mentioned it as they are right across the street from a metro stop.

Lovely stay in a magnificent hotel

Spectacular large room with amazing view of the lake. Staff were exceptional, particularly front desk and concierge, very helpful. Easy to get down to ferry & train.
