There is nothing to say, really! And if at all, then the white bathroom, with very bright and white light ;-)

We loved the generous proportions of our apartment, the beautiful wooden floor and the fact that it was freshly refurbished. It felt very cosy. Staff was competent and kind. The breakfast in the cafe-restaurant was tasty and the place warmly decorated. We enjoyed that guests from outside, not necessarily staying at the hotel, could drop in for a Sunday morning coffee. It made the place busy in a nice way.

There was only decaffinated coffee capsules available in the room. There was no herbal tea available.

The breakfast was excellent. The proximity to the thermal baths and the thermal baths parking lot was very convenient. The apartment was very clean. Having two bedrooms was excellent with a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids).

High, inconvenient pillows. One pillow was a bit smelly, probably there is a need for a more frequent laundry of pillows. Breakfast on the first day was poor: a lot of carbs, yogurt (good!) and a 2 kinds of cold cuts; no eggs or muesli. On the second day it was much better: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, salad, muesli as well as food left from the previous night buffet (the buffet was great, by the way). We suggest that the breakfast should be standard and include at least eggs, salad and muesli; extras are welcome of course!

Location was very good, near the baths and several really nice restaurants. Free parking was available at the baths parking lot. The room was clean, good size, with fridge and kettle, free bottled water was provided, which was a nice touch. Don't mind staying there again.

Appartment was pretty warm at night (no air-co. & opening the windows made it rather noisy in the morning). We had problems at check-in - the hotel couldn't find our correct booking.com reservation, but it got sorted out in about 30 minutes so no issue in the end.

Everything was great

Location, breakfast included was absolutely delicious and the unlimited access to the thermal baths was definitely a plus.Great value for the amount paid! We ended up also buying some chocolate from Le patissier de L'hotel Cailler, as souvenirs for our families. Delicious 😋

I received 7 emails from the hotel before arrival telling me to use a digital key. When we arrived after a long train and bus trip, late in the night at -5C, we had to call the hotel to discover that keys were at reception at Hotel Cailler. A bit annoying. The hot water in the room worked intermittently - not ideal when you want a shower after a day on the mountains. Was stoked to see a kettle in the room, but there’s not a powerpoint for it. Because some of the powerpoints in the room weren’t working, we had to unplug the fridge or bedside lamp to make a cup of tea. Lastly the 4th floor corridor smelled strongly of mould - thankfully not so strong in the room, but still present.

Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was lovely. The room was exceptionally clean.

Parking in front of the hotel is very limited and in most cases you have to use the parking of the larger hotel Hôtel Cailler, which belongs to the same owner and is around 400 meters away. Rooms have no balconies. Bathrooms do not have enough hangers for wet clothes and towels (which you would definitely have after you visit the nearby mineral bath). Breakfast is delivered at your door by the staff of Hôtel Cailler and is not bad but includes limited salty options. Room 415 is rather small.

Very kind and helpfull staff at Hôtel Cailler. Clean room. Nice pizzeria downstairs.
