I don't like that it's very hard to communicate with any one's in the hotel and we didn't know which services we could have .. It's very hard to find your apartment if it's the first time. the lundry room is sharing for whole the apartments, and it was very hard to use it.

I like the well equipped kitchen and it's a good apartment for small family.

My booking was in the Duplex Apartment - Buggeli Top The way to the place was a bit scarry (zigzag with a single lane. You can not sleep in the top rooms when there was a sun light because of the windows in the roof

I had some problems to find the address of the apartment. I couldn’t contact anybody in the phone provided when I arrived to the reception at 20:30.

Some of the rooms didn't have blinds, so there was some light coming in in the morning. Didn't bother everyone. Just a few people in our group.

The house is very spacious, modern, beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the terrace is amazing! Very well equipped. Host was super nice, helpful and replied quickly.

check in was very disorganized, took couple days to get keys. The agency manages various apartments in different buildings.

Location was further from town than was clear from the description, it would have been difficult if we had arrived in Lenk by train.

We had to go to 2 different hotels to get the key. The room was another 500 M away in another Hotel. The room had no number. We had to try to open the door with the key to find… Coffe machine had no caps. Tv had no SWISS Chanel’s. No easy chairs in the room,only on the advertising pic.

Collect your keys before going up the mountain... I had to drive back down to the Hotel to find the reception. By the way, you must collect the keys yourself from the table once you enter the hotel. I was hoping the host would provide at least two cards instead of one. I lost the card and no one was in the hotel or answering the phone calls. was not a pleasant experience.

Location is amazing. the road might be difficult as it is one lane road for both directions but you will get used to it very fast.

the absence and late responses of the staff were not helpful at all which was very devastating. the washing machine location was creepy and it was very dirty. the way to go to reach the hotel which was up the mountain can be hard for people who are not used to it & the area is kind of secluded. also the elevator doesn’t reach every floor of the apartment and u still need to carry your luggage up or down. and the garage was not always working and it locked us out of our car on the day we were supposed to leave.

the property’s view was perfection & the size of the apartment for 5 people was also good. the bathroom & shower were good

the way up to the house is 8 min of dangerous way. the parking is so small

The main reason to book Baggile C since three months was the jacuzzi !!! But after we arrived the told us the jacuzzi is not working and we can use the hotel jacuzzi! if i booked private jacuzzi my balcony is not the same to go and use jacuzzi in the hotel!! also the balcony and the hatter in the sitting area is not clean.

There was no one at the reception to handover the access cards. There was just a hand written note on the desk and no detailed instructions. It would have been better if the expectations were set before the arrival as I wasted half-an-hour waiting for someone to show-up at the reception. Thanks to other guests who happen to be there at the same time and pointed out the handwritten note and the access cards. Also, driving up and down the mountain could be tricky or even scary if you are not used to it. You have to stop and reverse if there's oncoming traffic. The local drivers are usually friendly and understanding. But this is also a bus route, so be aware that if there's a bus approaching, you need to give way as busses have preference of way.

The apartment is at the top (rather mid-way) of a mountain. The view is amazing. It's a modern apartment with excellent facilities.

Everything was organized very well the extra beds and more details where to pick up the cards and the apartment is very well explained. Never met anyone which makes you more comfortable. I found my card on the table and look for my apartment. Very safe area and country

It was perfect for our needs,I really liked that it was sound proof so we did not have to worry about kids making noise, its not very cheap but its well equipped and was very comfortable.

we did late evening check in, I recommend to checkin in day light time.

Property upgraded us to the cottage at the top of the mountain, Beautiful view, cows bell start ringing on sun rise, and property was very clean and tidy, almost 5* hotel type facilities. FREE bus service from town to top of the mountain every 1 hour with showing the hotel card, Bus driver was very friendly and welcoming. Price cost of the whole 5 bedroom cottage on the mountain £750 for 2 nights very reasonable and almost cheap price. Supermarket for groceries in the town with very reasonable prices and very cheap compare to small shops. Must recommend for families and couples.
