We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Stateswe are very picky but honestly it was a great place. maybe they could do a better job shoveling the snow from the sidewalks on the property, it did get slippery.
people were great. on site club was amazing. jazz one nite, comedy show the next and then a world class dj a third nite. pleasant 8 minute walk to the ski lift. and really enjoyed the personalized service at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Great location with plenty of restaurants near by, however the restaurant on sight is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was truly outstanding!

SwitzerlandHonestly, the new kitchen. It used to be great and now it’s fancy French gastronomic cuisine. I know many would like it. Not us. The dinner, the brunch left us not satisfied. The breakfast however would have been good I think.

SwitzerlandSoundproofing could be better between rooms but our neighbours were quiet so this was not an issue. We only had one pillow each which we found a bit too soft.
Great location. Amazingly well decorated place. Extremely clean and polished design. Very attentive staff. Breakfast is honestly one of the best I've had in a hotel. They cook it for you and you can order as much as you want. Particularly appreciated as you do not have so many options if you want to have breakfast outside the hotel.
