The shower didn't drain effectively.

Excellent location, so close to public transport, restaurants and the old town, friendly staff and a quirky interior. A very enjoyable stay.

Except of one person staff was very attentive and helpful. Nice gifts and a lot of deals with nearby venues. Very stylish and purposeful room. Coffee machine was a nice and welcome touch.

Extremely tight space for a double room. Some of the room amenities were fixed to the already small counters making space for personal items an unpleasant challenge. Didn't need the condoms provided in the mini bar but sadly did need the ear plugs as the noise from the outside bar downstairs could be heard loud and clear late into the night from my closed window on the 3rd floor.

A bit of an adventure, as I expected. Great location, next door to the metro and in the center of activity. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary drink ticket for the bar was a surprise delight. The rooms are themed with cheeky decor. Didn't know I needed a revolving mirrored peace sign on my ceiling but there it was. The rooftop bar is great in warmer weather.

Our room was cold and the general heating of the building was not enough for us, they brought an electrical heater to the room.

The air con wasn’t great but it was particularly hot so that might not be a problem usually.

Great location and a good price for central Lausanne. The rooms were small (as advertised) but had everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, good breakfast, and we got a free drink on the roof terrace, which was lovely!

Some mould in bathroom on the walls, keycard stopped working and I was almost locked out of the hotel since the reception was already closed and I couldn’t use the night entrance.

The location is great, the check in experience was fast and friendly. We were given a free metro pass and discount to other services. The location is great. The room is small and there is no a/c, we knew that beforehand. Excellent value for money

I thought the breakfast was quite expensive for what it was. But I had the free panatone and used the free drink voucher for a latte, so that made a perfect breakfast, sitting outside in the sun 🌞 I was really disappointed I didn't get to see the roof terrace - my fault as I was too busy and only tried in the morning, when it was closed. Breakfast up there would have been great!

The staff were so kind, helpful, friendly! And I was just blown away by the beautiful decor from the reception, to the toilets, to the hall ways and the rooms! Gorgeous 😍

bathroom in single room was a challenge—reminded me of a boat bathroom with all packed into a tiny space. BE AWARE that there is a serious hill between train and hotel. Take the metro which stops next door to hotel at Flon if you are burdened with baggage. Late checkout costs 40 CHF.

Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The rooftop bar was lively and welcoming.

Sink was tiny and could not lean over it due to gap being too small. Windows don’t reduce much noise. The clubs (one facing) let out at 4am and was pretty loud. Rooms were v small and no air con or opening windows. Ceiling fan was enough for this time of year, might not be in July heat

Breakfast was fine for CHF15, all you can eat continental. Well located for metro/bus and restaurants Staff were helpful and bar nice. Rooms were clean and functional (double only suitable for 1 though)
