The hotel is very nice, located in a quiet part of Baden, yet it's not far from the city centre – within walking distance. Good size room with comfortable bed and big TV. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout the whole week. Breakfast is served across the river in another building, and it was very good, featuring scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and both hot and cold beverages. It had everything I needed.The spa is beautiful, and facilities like the gym, indoor pool, and sauna made my stay really enjoyable and relaxing.Overall, my experience was very positive, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Breakfast was not served in the main building and the quality was not that much great compared to my last stay somewhere else.

I stayed in one of the suites, It was quite nice. The spa was fantastic, I enjoyed using that. However, I believe the quality of breakfast can be improved.

The transparent bathroom glass wall into the bedroom was a bizarre design feature … I really do not wish to sit on just toilet and be visible to other people in the room … the curtain provided was thin and did nothing to Improve the privacy . We won’t be staying again in a room like that and wouldn’t have booked it if we had known

Prices seem high, but considering they have their own baths, they're rather fair.

The hotel is very well located, by the river and close to the public baths as well as downtown. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fair... Best of all are the in-house baths, where you can spend the whole day, even the departing day. They are tiny, but very relaxing and clean. No need to go elsewhere!

The studio was large and spacious with great facilities. The spa was amazing and the hotel is a short walk to the station or a scenic walk to the old town along the river.

I received an email threatening to charge me chf 10 because I hadn't returned the room card I wasn't asked for this when I checked out and if I had instead received a polite email requesting I mail it back, I would have been happy to do so

Taking 3 flights of stairs to the room, breakfast was in a completely separate building across the bridge and on the other side of the river - not optimal. Also position of the bed was directly under the window and light flooded in and onto our heads in the morning. Location was good, but still quite a distance from the main town centre.

Loved the spa, the room was lovely and proximity to great restaurants. Staff were very kind and we really enjoyed the room - which was tastefully decorated. Bed was comfy. Nice stroll along the river to the main town.

The lighting of the room as well as the sun blockers. Too dark lighting at night and we woke up too early because of the sun. No lift but it is expected since it is an old building. Not for the elderly who have trouble walking up the stairs. 1

It was a charming hotel with nice private facilities which we use it on the first day. The staff were very nice and accommodating as well as letting us aware of additional things that we can take advantage of.

The breakfast was a bit under the high general standard of the hotel. The tomatoes at the breakfast were not washed, the scrambled eggs overcooked. The coffee and the bread were really good however!

Everything was perfect

Wonderful spa (adults only - so really relaxing). Spacious stylish and cosy room. Welcoming and helpful staff. Central location just a short walk from the train station.
