When I leave the shared room for a while in the morning, the door is closed and locked. There is no way since they didn't provide room key. There was no response to my message for hours.

The staff whom i talked in the morning is very kind.

Some of lights in apartment were not working. At night were to noisy neighbours.

Perfect location. Close to the old city,not so far from the main train and bus stations. 3 rooms inside apartment, warm apartment. We had clean towels.

The place is hard to find and the person who was supposed to let me in didn't show up and some guest had to help me. Also, the room was not so clean and the bathroom wasn't in the room how they said it would be, since I paid for a private room.

Nobody there to receive me when I arrived…the stay was chaotic but was kindly entertained by house guest in the kitchen!!….left in morning without breakfast laughing at the chaos and the manager if there was one who didn’t exist…Is that Linda…?!

Friendly inhabitants amongst the chaos and no staff it took me 15 mins to establish I was in the right place….

she have 2 hotels , before I check in at the hotel I have booked she sent txt via WhatsApp told me that I need to go to new hotel which is quite far if I walk. I checked in at the her new hotel at 3pm which I received message via booking.com the new hotel have lift. however at 7.30 I about to sleep she knocked the door and told me that I need to move back to the one that I booked I think she has new booking with have more people so she need my room and kicked me off. she said I need to go to the one I booked and she will give me a ride and will help me with my big luggage. finally when I packed up she walk me to the train and catches the train instead of driving. moreover when I asked her who will help me with the luggage as no lift she said no one. this one has no toilet paper , noisy people next room. I stayed one night with bad experience.

My comments: 1- This apartment needs repair. 2- Wall paper is especially necessary for the walls. 3- It is necessary to tile the floor and the floor of the room. 4- There is no elevator. 5- The stairs of the apartment are very noisy and it is better to use marble instead of wood. 6- The ceiling of the house is not very high.

The most strange welcome message ever, where they tell you very emotionally that you shouldnt expect any quality service for the price you payed and offer you to book high cost accomodation if you pretend to have service. Very demotivating. The welcome message doesnt contain any useful info like algorithm how and where to get the key, it is only said you will not get it on reception because there is no any. Creates some bad expectations about check-in when you read it. The contact person asked me to come into another hotel that differs from the one described on booking.

The reception was terrible, the room was not ready, the photos do not reflect the reality of the apartment at all. The bathroom was very dirty, cotton on the floor, a horrible smell all the way to the bedroom and even worse in the living room. The only good thing is the location, but to pay for that, it's better to stay away... 180 francs and not even a minimum standard.

The other roommate of the hostel were so disrespectful and they working with owner of the hostel and during midnight they’re using their phones and didn’t let guest to asleep .

There are no employees at the hostel overnight, so other guests feel very comfortable to the point of opening the main door and inviting strangers inside. A guest who shared a room with me opened the door to at least two individuals, not guests, during the night and this caused me concern. Same guest even told me that a dangerous individual had arrived, but I knew he had entered because he opened the door. And he was clearly under the influence of drugs. I stayed up all night and left early, I had booked two nights but only stayed one night due to this insecurity.

When I arrived there I didn't know how to open the hostel's door. Maybe it is better to write a message at the door (Ring the hostel's bottom and at the same time open the door) But a part this everything is good

Zurich is an expensive city, and I was lucky to find this hostel at a medium price close to the station Spaces more than enough, living kitchen, wide bathroom and very wide common area
