The breakfast, while consisting of good quality products, lacked variety. There was some cheese, basic bread and salami, as well as coffee and orange juice. I would've like to see some options for warm food and in general expect a more well rounded offer from a 4-star property, especially at this price point.

Very nicely decorated room with great amenities and comfortable bed. High quality modern TV and fully equipped kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee. Nice bathroom with a good shower. The specific room we got faced the inner courtyard, so it was also very quiet. The location isn't perfectly central, but it's convenient, being adjacent to a train station and tram stops which are very easy to reach. The walk to the old town is also not long at all.

The curtain above our bed is full of dust. We always got allergy after waking up. My brother in law and sister in law who stayed in the other two rooms also complained about this. The breakfast choices are limited.

The breakfast was shameful for a hotel of this standard. I had read comments published in January on this subject and I said to myself that since the manager must have improved the service, but this was not the case (visited mid march).

Great location next to train station. Staff friendly and helpful (also available at all times). Room comfortable and well cleaned. Soap products smell great. Happy with amenities (water kettle, coffee pot and refrigerator). Very quiet rooms.

No kettle in room and nowhere to make a hot drink. Price of drinks in bar. Not a brilliant choice at breakfast.

Love the balcony and the reception staff were very helpful. Although it's about a 20mins walk to the city it is a nice walk by the park and water. There is public transport directly across the road from hotel if you don't want to walk.

Cleaning service should be more careful on when to clean the room. Breakfast was of high quality but really basic on the variety of food. There were two kinds of bread, plain and chocolate croisant, plain and fruit yogurt, a variety of cereals, salami and cheese, orange juice, coffee and tea.

Location was perfect, just by the train and the tram station. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Staff was happy to assist us to whatever we asked. Room was not big, but renovated with style and had a nice balcony.

Friendly staff, great location, cosy and stylish rooms and a good quality sleep. Some people commented on poor breakfast but we found everything we needed, and it was delicious too. It is a continental breakfast, so don't expect hot food.

in a very good spot, 50 meters from the tram, supermarket and food stores. 800 meters from Lake Zurich, since we checked out early after the Zurich marathon, they gave us a room to take a bath and travel clean. Thank you.

Excellent location. Can get tram 6 or 7 located on the main shopping strip not far from train station that stops right outside hotel. Catch it on the right hand side of the road. Buy a 24 hour tram ticket to save money. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

The awfully late check in time of 6 PM and breakfast - the spread was pretty poor.

The staff were really cooperative and the location is superb - beside the railway station and FIFA museum. The room was comfortable and spacious for 2 people.
