I can’t say anything bad about the property

Very well situated. Right next to the station. There is coop right next door. The rooms are comfortable and they have a small balcony which adds an amazing touch. The rooms also have a small seating area which was nice place to sit and relax.

As said, we liked the hotel a lot and I will say it is new and the staff was appreciative of our feedback. We had a number of smallish issues, e.g. our TV kept on randomly going on and channels switched, as if it was reacting to another remote. At some point I unplugged it. Our bathroom was not adequately replenished on two days, same for coffee maker. Nothing that a quick trip to reception cant fix and the staff is very nice, but you expect slightly better from a hotel in this category.

I really liked this hotel initially, particularly the location was excellent. It is just next to Bahnhof Enge, from where you can get everywhere by tram, bus, or train (airport including). Staff was very friendly, our room had a balcony and a nice couch area, as well as coffee maker. The breakfast is decent, I have certainly had buffets with more choices TBH, but the stuff they have is good (I had Bircher Müsli and a croissant most mornings). It is also 5mins from the lake and opposite of the FIFA museum, if that is your thing.

Everything was really nice. Beautiful rooms with a tiny kitchen (ours didn't have stove but the fridge helped a lot!). Although we had read a lot about the breakfast not being good, it was actually okay and decent! I loved the location too. All in all, great! We would definitely come back.

Checkin is 4pm, which is kinda late. And checkout was 11am. Had to pay extra so we can checkin at 2pm! We came from a long flight so just opted to pay extra.

Central location, tram stop and train station just outside the hotel. Small rooms but comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice.

The balcony is nice, but the street is a bit noisy, so we had the doors closed at night. The breakfast is ok, the restaurant is nice but a bit dark as a breakfast room. But these are minor details.

New hotel, therefore very clean and fresh. We really liked the interior design of the rooms, very nicely done, homey! Wonderful little sitting area. Tea and coffee in the room. The staff was superfriendly. For Zürich a very good deal!

We stayed in a balcony room and the design of the low hanging light was a pain. We constantly hit our heads on it as it’s the seating area.

Bed is comfortable, breakfast is consistent and tasty. Staff helpful with our bike bags. Cute balcony.

Apartment is compact and a little on the small side.

Quality accommodation in every way - friendly reception staff with a warm and welcoming check-in and cheerful greeting every morning. Well equipped kitchen with fresh and modern facilities. Bedding and towels were good quality as were the soft furnishings. Loved having an iron provided. Adequate breakfast available each morning. We extended our stay from three to six days due to comfort and the fantastic location. Right near train station and trams and just a five minute walk to Lake Zurich.

The breakfast, while consisting of good quality products, lacked variety. There was some cheese, basic bread and salami, as well as coffee and orange juice. I would've like to see some options for warm food and in general expect a more well rounded offer from a 4-star property, especially at this price point.

Very nicely decorated room with great amenities and comfortable bed. High quality modern TV and fully equipped kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee. Nice bathroom with a good shower. The specific room we got faced the inner courtyard, so it was also very quiet. The location isn't perfectly central, but it's convenient, being adjacent to a train station and tram stops which are very easy to reach. The walk to the old town is also not long at all.

The curtain above our bed is full of dust. We always got allergy after waking up. My brother in law and sister in law who stayed in the other two rooms also complained about this. The breakfast choices are limited.

The breakfast was shameful for a hotel of this standard. I had read comments published in January on this subject and I said to myself that since the manager must have improved the service, but this was not the case (visited mid march).

Hard to control the room temperature and it was a little warm

Great location next to train station. Staff friendly and helpful (also available at all times). Room comfortable and well cleaned. Soap products smell great. Happy with amenities (water kettle, coffee pot and refrigerator). Very quiet rooms.

No kettle in room and nowhere to make a hot drink. Price of drinks in bar. Not a brilliant choice at breakfast.

Love the balcony and the reception staff were very helpful. Although it's about a 20mins walk to the city it is a nice walk by the park and water. There is public transport directly across the road from hotel if you don't want to walk.
