Weekend breakfast was great but Monday was terrible. No service.

When I booked this room (for three people), I carelessly overlooked a statement that indicated that an additional for cleaning would be charged. The additional fee was a very steep $58 PER PERSON. At check-in, this was explained as the cost of refreshing the bed linens. This would be reasonable for a longer stay, but really frustrating for a short one. We rated comfort low because the bed for the third person was NOT a bed. It was essentially a built-in couch which would have been okay for a child, but not for an adult. Our third person was unable to sleep due to size and extreme firmness of the "bed". There was a warning notice on the kitchen area wall stating that an additional cleaning fee may be assessed if the kitchen is not left in a clean and proper condition whatever that means.

We selected this apartment because of the seemingly reasonable cost for its location in Zermatt, Switzerland. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We especially liked the fact they had free refreshments and snacks in the lobby. The condition of the apartment was excellent--very clean, well-furnished and properly maintained.

The only think I was somehow uncomfortable was the city taxes you need to pay at the same time you are check-in at the main reception desk. We didn't know anything about that until that moment and the amount of money was huge.

The location was fantastic. The rooms and the quality was good, also the staff was so kind. We had no complains about that.

Could be more sustainable, don't offer individual bottles of soap for instance, use refillable ones. Rooms need proper curtains, at night it is so bright. The windows were closed but it was still incredibly loud, so we could not sleep.

The room was not well / not enough heated for those cold January days. There was no small table to put the suitcase on. The bed was barely made and the sheets were not changed for the second day.

The location is ideal; just a stone's throw from all major sights and boutiques in Lucerne, and in a very safe neighbourhood! The breakfast was of continental type, well-displayed and the waitress very friendly!!!

Location is perfect it is near in all of the tourist attractions and bus stop is very close in the hotel. Super clean hotel they clean every day and very friendly staff. The hotel is worth the price.

The rooms are kinda small. But pleasant. Not much to complain its kinda goid if travels only need a room to sleep.

The street noise was high until after 10pm. Despite the noise we needed to open the window because it was unseasonably warm in Lucerne and the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. But we could only open one window "for security reasons". Fortunately, the hotel provided a table-top fan to help us cool off.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location puts you close to the city center's restaurants and shopping. Lake tour boats depart a few hundred meters away and the train station is about a 10-minute walk.

For the price I expected a better quality over alll. Room was small and the cleaning service didn’t switch out towels or sheets when they came.
