Booked one night and this was for me the ultimate hotel expierience. Rooms are like from Esquire magazine. Luxourious but not overdone. Persone5is very friendly and helpful. When we left we received chocolat and fresh botle of water for the trip. Breakffast is very fresh. If i could rate 11 this wold be it.

If traveling with mobility issues, note that there are 3-4 stairs in many of the rooms themselves. So, be sure to check that if stairs are a problem.

Loved the roof terrace. Great location. Enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel.

The noise from the construction outside is very unpleasant, but it has nothing to do with the hotel. This will pass.

The restaurant disappointed me during dinner. The food was served very nicely, and the service was great, but the taste needed improvement.

The hotel is new (3 years) and located in the city center. My room was big and comfortable, well equipped and maintained. The cleaning was excellent, and they did everything I asked with a smile. Breakfast was great, with a variety of food and also a menu that offered some more options. Great hotel by all aspects.

It was a pleasure to stay at this nice hotel with a central location. We have very delicious dinner and breakfast at the Hotel and were really satisfied with it. The room was lovely comfortable. We are planning to visit the hotel in the future some more times.

Rooms and bed are almost too warm, but I am nitpicking.

Very friendly staff, beautiful large room, very tall ceilings and a lovely bathroom. My partner had the gym to herself. Excellent transport links, buses and trams stop directly outside the hotel, buses to and from the airport easily get you there in 20 minutes. Short walk to all of Basels main attractions.

Everything. The management, front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, exceptional. The staff always greets with a smile and so very attentive to one’s needs. The property itself is in a perfect place in the old town of Basel, so you can walk everywhere. Very clean with large rooms and all the necessary amenities. The bar and restaurant are busy and vibrant with wonderful dining options and cocktail bar. A special notice to the front staff and the restaurant staff breakfast, lunch and dinner,exceptional .
