The only thing missing from the hotel was a restaurant.

It was a great stay but just a small feedback to perfect things. There was a kind smell from the shower room’s drainage. Will suggest the hotel to look into it.

My room (206) was cramped. It was difficult to walk around the bed. The room was very hot despite turning the thermostats off. The pool is beautiful, but not really hot enough to be a hot tub.

This property is modern and well kept. It is a three minute walk from the ski room to the Matterhorn Express gondola. The breakfast dining area is very nice and staff excellent.

The price for the rooms was high especially since there was no restaurant where we could get dinner and half board. The hot tub was not hot enough.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s right next to the Zermatt furi lift station which alone is worth the stay. Last thing you want to do after a big day of skiing is carry kids’ skis for miles or fight for a shuttle or taxi home. Staff are really amazing. They went out their way to help us track down some lost luggage. You can get your ski passes directly from the hotel. For us it actually turned out a little cheaper than getting it on the Zermatt app. There is an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi which the kids loved after skiing. It’s a 20min walk or a rather expensive 15CHF taxi ride to town centre. There is a good breakfast but no hotel restaurant as such for lunch or dinner. They can however order food from any restaurant so it arrives at the hotel for dinner, which can be enjoyed at the hotel. We usually like to try different hotels when we travel but this one I’d come back to.

A little far from the town area

Exceptional hotel! The experience starts when the hotel transfer from the train station to the hotel. We were welcome with welcome drinks. All the staff are super friendly and helpful especially check in counter. The breakfast spread is the best for my entire Switzerland trip. I chosen the room with Zermatt view and the view is magnificent.

Superb staff - free drink on arrival with a free transit from train station to hotel & the very best breakfast buffet in Europe with fresh smoked salmon & individual cups of fresh vegetables which is very rare.

European hotels like to use duvets with no sheets for their beds. That’s not my preference, I would much prefer one light sheet and one heavier blanket on top.

Stunning view of the Matterhorn, stylish new boutique, hotel with comfort and character.  the breakfast in the morning was top-notch. The spa and pool areas were also wonderful, and Staff was always friendly and eager to help. We would definitely stay here again  if we ever have the privilege of returning to Zermatt.

All of it! Id say this is like a combination of airbnb and hotel service . Staffs are super accommodating , they go above and beyond . they know and understand the exhaustion that guests undergo after a long travel. Host waits for you at the entrance, tours you at the facility, gives you welcome drinks. Facilities and rooms are new clean and well designed. Balcony view of matterhorn. Great breakfast plenty of selection, afternoon tea. I would stay here again . Location is great near glacier paradise ride.

Hotel provided great breakfast as well as afternoon tea. Locates just next to Matterhorn glacier station and 10mins walk to Zermatt train station and main shopping street. Hotel provides pick up and drop off from train station.

Nothing. This hotel isn't in the middle of town but only a 10-15 minute walk, so it didn't phase us at all. Just something to keep in mind when booking.

This hotel was BY FAR (like a country mile) our favourite hotel on our 6-week Europe trip. Everything about the hotel was amazing, from the welcome drink on the stunning sun terrace looking directly at the Matterhorn, to the tour of the hotel (which you never get these days). All the staff were so friendly. We booked a double deluxe room (I think that's what it is called), with the most incredible balcony looking straight at the Matterhorn (worth every penny). The spa... simply the best! My partner is a builder and he was so impressed with the finishes of the place, they have put good money into building it and it shows.

The room I booked has no view but has a window ceiling so you can see the stars at night, lovely hotel, they staff are friendly and accommodating, loved the spa, the pool and the breakfast. Will definitely book it again when in Zermatt
