Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy fiancé and I stayed at Hotel Matterhorn Lodge for a quick weekend trip to Zermatt and it couldn't have been more perfect! The entire hotel team was incredibly friendly and attentive, even offering suggestions on various activities and restaurants to try in the area. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. You can tell that a lot of thought went into every little detail! The free breakfast was also fabulous, offering several options, homemade coffees, and freshly cooked eggs for those who want them. Finally, location was incredible and we were able to walk everywhere!! Very close to the train station so it was an easy walk to and from, but they also offer transportation services if you need a ride. We can't wait to come back to Zermatt and stay here again and for much longer!!

SlovakiaMy only problem is with no door in bathrooms. This is some latest modern trend in hotels and supposed to make you feel upscale but personally I don't love it and I don't get it. Hotel is 98% perfect, with bathroom door it would be 105% :D
Superb hotel in the heart of Zermatt. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff is super nice and friendly. Great breakfast including selection of local cheese and hams. Spa was beautiful and relaxing, nobody except us was visiting it so we had basically private spa experience. Easy walking distance to anywhere in town, right next to main plaza and about 5 mins walk from train station. Overall, we loved it here and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

This hotel was central between Main Street and train. They picked us up at train so we didn’t have to walk. The rooms we’re ski lodge chic and very clean and modern. Beds were comfy. Ruth made dinner reservations both nights and both places were delicious. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time during ski season!
