Very friendly staff come with all answers that appear during our stay. As that was our first trip to Switzerland that was very common. Location great like in small town everything is close by. Room service was great, staff kept clean and tidy all times. Breakfast perfect for the price you pay, large selection of everything so everyone can find what they like or not. Big thank you for making our stay very pleasant and for sure with that experience we will be back there

It is near to the train track and you can hear the trains passing by, however, its not a big deal.

The location is about 300 meters away from Täsch railway station. The hotel has it's own open car park. If you are driving an electric / hybrid car then there are 100+ charging stations available at the Matterhorn Terminal Station Carpark. The hotel is well kept and rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is adequate and the staff is very friendly.

Spa was closed for the entire season.

Breakfast was good. The location is in Tasch which is about a 12 minute train ride from the ski resport so be aware of that. The room and bathroom were quite small, but the value overall was good. The spa and wellness area was completely closed for the season, which was disappointing. The staff was wonderful and always helpful. Check-in and out were super fast and easy, and the staff was always available to help with any of my dumb questions. Thank you!

First of all I am tired and sick of the "internet is not working this week" speach, it seems to follow me. Second of all and I think this is pretty serious, the hotel advertises a spa: swimming pool and sauna. None of those were working. So we went hiking in the snow, pretty exaustive day and went back to the hotel excited to relax a bit - it didnt happen. There is a huge sign in front of the hotel with pictures of the pool and sauna, but, it is not working. To be honest, that was the reason I chose that hotel over the other 2 I was looking at. I feel like asking for part of my money back.

Staff is really nice, so nice that feels unfair to complain of anything. Breakfast was ok, room was clean. Location is good, near the station.

The bathtub with shower is open concept which is in the room, it's cold whole bathing & not very convenient to get in & out of the shower.

Neat Täsch train station, 1 stop before Zermatt & the rate is much cheaper than Zermatt. Nice mountain view from room and while having breakfast.

Most charming hotel on our stay in Switzerland. Room was clean and comfy. Lots of adorable Swiss mountain details. Front desk attendant was extra helpful, staying a bit late to check us in after hours, providing tips for a day in Zermatt, & allowing our car to stay after checkout. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely a home away from home feel. Wish we had planned to stay longer!

Internet could be stronger

We were visiting Matternhorn so the hotel has a perfect location in this respect. Rooms were comfortable, good breakfast. Very nice owner. Free parking place!

The breakfasts could be varied about something warm.

The room was really clean, bathroom really big. Really nice and helpful owners. After really hard walking day you can join the time in the swimming pool or jacuzzi, sauna. Views from room are also cool.

It would have been nicer if the breakfast was more diverse, but it was fine for a 5 days stay.

Everything was just great. The staff is very friendly and they speak very well German, English and French. The rooms were clean and quite big (the double room even had a small sofa and a round table). Also, they were really warm. The hotel is very close to the train station (5-7 minutes walk) and there are trains to Zermatt every 15-20 minutes. There are also restaurants and a supermarket nearby (5 minutes walk). The pool and sauna are quite nice to relax after a day of skiing. Bonus, we loved the view from our balcony, we could see the mountains.

There was a problem with hot water during our stay, we had a room with a bathtub, but stepped out quickly when we realized no hot water was coming anymore from the tap.
