Stayed for a week and a few days, one of neighbouring flats had some noisy renovation works being done. This was out of our host's control but they dealt with it very well and we would be very happy to return

The Hotel exceeded our expectations and the inhouse facilities were exceptional. The property owner Ms Lilian Truffer personally checked if we all are ok and overall it was great experience. Highly recommend this property with easy access from the central station and located in the heart of beautiful Zermatt.

Location, helpful and nice house owner, comfortable room… everything is good and recommended! An exceptional property! The host was incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. Although there were some minor issues with the Wi-Fi, the host promptly came over at nearly 10pm to help us resolve it. A standout feature of the room is its view of the Matterhorn! This meant that during sunrise and sunset, we didn't have to rush to the nearby viewing bridge like most tourists. Instead, we could simply relish the breathtaking view from our own balcony. We were particularly fond of the interior design of the room, complete with a spacious living room and kitchen. Should we visit Zermatt again, this property and its host will undoubtedly be our top choice!

It’s close to the Kirchbrücke (Church bridge), so that we can watch the sunrise of Matterhorn at a good position conveniently. The host is very nice, we all love this apartment because it’s clean and large with well-rounded facility and we made a dinner by ourself with the kitchen utensils.

Lack of curtains. The master bedroom didn't have curtains. Opposite there was a restaurant with bright lights that shone directly into the bedroom and privacy was a bit lacking.

The self contained kitchen meant we could make breakfast ourselves. There is a Spar supermarket 100 metres up the road to buy breakfast supplies. Excellent location in the middle of Zermatt close to shops, restaurants and bars. Very clean modern facilities. Nice firm beds with crisp sheets. Easy check in and check out procedure.

We booked the apartment on the 2nd floor which has lift access (tiny lift) which is operational until 10 pm every night.

The property is conveniently located just outside the town centre, 10-15 minutes walk on a fairly flat roads from Zermatt Bahnhof; 10 minutes walk from the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car ticket office & boarding point; and a stone's throw away from the famous photoshooting spot of the Matterhorn on the Kirchbrucke. The friendly owner lives within close proximity of the property and can be easily contacted. The apartment is as you see it in the photos of the listing. My parents slept in the bedroom whilst my sibling and I slept on the murphy bed in the living room. The apartment isn't very noisy.

Had some difficulty figuring out how to close the blinds because it was a system unknown to us. Would suggest that be one of the things to explain to guests that may be unfamiliar with that system.

The warm welcome by the lady who manages the units who also resides in the building. She was very interested in our well being and comfort which was greatly appreciated. The location of the building, although 15 to 20 minute walk from the station, provided a very pleasant stay because of the all the beauty that surrounds it.

For 1. no washing machine… quite troublesome after outdoor xtvts… 2. The bath towels are very rough & worn out.. 3. No basic toiletries such as bath soap or shower gel… (bcoz these things are very cheap)
