The rooms were tired looking - marks on the walls and on the carpet. The rooms were also relatively small for the price and the amenities in the room were not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel (ie only shower cap and couple of cotton buds)

The location was great - easy to get to from the airport and in a quiet and safe area. The staff could not have been more nice and accommodating and the bed was very comfortable.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable, it is sagging on the outer side so the bed surface is uneven, and my back couldn’t find a flat position, therefore didn’t sleep too well. Our dirty tea cup was not cleaned/replaced after room service.

Staff during the breakfast wasn't very friendly. I got the feeling that they were bored. Also plates and some other dishes were out and we had to ask for them. And juices too despite that the breakfast room was almost empty. Also the extra sandwich I ordered from the list was not very good.

Room was nice and nicely decorated. Bed and pillowes were comfortably. Staff in the reception were very friendly.

Our room overlooked the road, so there was a little bit of traffic noise with windows open. But with windows closed and air con on there was no issue.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Zurich and a special mention has to be made of the staff, all of whom were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They really do help to create a very positive impression of the hotel.

Having been into many 5 stars hotels before, I could easily say taht this hotel does not deserve being noted 5 stars for many reasons: First, the heater was not working in the room. The breakfast was a huge disappointment as it did not include many items, very poor option, and the omelette was out of breakfast package. Overall, the service and the hotel were both average.

The hotel staff used my hold deposit credit card for the complete cost of my stay without my permission which created big problems for my daily spending. I did told them in the beginning my plan to pay them with Another credit card unfortunately they did ignore that. Staff not professional in this

they used my credit card with the total amount during the check-in as a pre-authorization, during the checkout, they do the process again without using the pre-authorization transaction, which case a block of the amount twice, and said that the pre-authorization will be deleted later!! (after 2 or 3 weeks i think).

Nothing to be honest other than the restaurant's closing time which is a bit early. However, I would like to point out that this is the norm in Zurich and room service s 24 hours.

Staff were amazing, breakfast delicious and the room was great! Even though the foot print was small, but he design is well thought of. One of the best rooms I stayed in!

bad smell in the rooms. very small rooms. it was the first hotel I ever stayed in with an iron without water. I tried to iron my shirt for 30 min. used bottles in the room.

The property is very small, very small rooms, AC was a big issue as it was not getting cold, the room was humid and difficult to sleep at night. The overall experience did not feel luxury, did not meet my expectations.

Beautiful renewed decor, great location with walking distance to the lake front and shopping. The staff was amazing and professional.
