The room was alright, but not super clean. And the walls felt thin - we could hear quite a bit of sounds from neighbors.

It was really easy to go to the airport from the hotel, which was a big plus for us. It was also not too expensive. The check in was easy.

The hotel is close to the airport, and the room was clean & modern. The breakfast was lovely and overall my stay was very satisfactory. I would stay here again next time i have a short trip to Zurich and need to be close to the airport.

Be sure to ask for a quiet room in the back section of the hotel - these rooms are a little smaller, but do not have the noise of the busy road out the front of the hotel (though this is only evident if you open the window at night). The room temperature was too warm for my liking and the adjustment instructions did not seem to have much effect.

Check-in was quick and efficient (but don't bring cash to pay the city tax as only cards are accepted). Location is excellent - very close to Zurich Airport with easy access by bus 768, and several restaurants/take-aways are in the near vicinity. Top marks for cleanliness of the room.

The hotel staff is not someone from whom you will get help. Suppose there is, for example, a JustStay without physical staff at the property, and it will be fine. It was impossible to charge eclectic cars during my stay because a special electric plug was required. At the hotel, there was no available adapter for classical plugs, Schuko or, Type 13,15, or 21 (see photo of a car unable to charge). It was probably a coincidence, but the breakfast was terrible. The breakfast door was not opened at 07:00 but later. A group of 50-100 tourists came simultaneously to breakfast, fighting for the food. For those who were not aggressive enough, there was no water for tea, and most of the available food was not available after 30 minutes.

The facility is perfect, clean, and newly furnished. USB chargers are on the wall. A spacious parking garage is just below the rooms, and you can park your car in front of the main entrance to unpack your luggage. It is an Airport hotel, and you can see many planes directly from your window (see photo). The windows' acoustic isolation is good.

it was a bit sad that I was all the time the only client at the Bar. Even the tender was not present as he was engaged at the reception.

Check-In was very quick as all details were already registered. Also a place in the garage was available. the staff was very gentle.

The gym and sauna need a deep clean. The gym equipment needs service, particularly the trade mill - it never worked over the several times i've stayed there.

The three men working in the reception is very friendly and customer oriented, much more than the lady that works there.
