The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The solo room was great value for money and had everything I needed! The hotel is also across the street from the train station which is perfect!

Walking distance to all attractions in Lucerne. Comfy room. Very clean. Great breakfast buffet with fantastic bread, nice selection of cheeses etc. Parking available.

It is quite expensive, couldn’t eat at the hotel restaurant as they were charging too much for breakfast and dinner. We also wanted to go to the gym and all that was there was two machines, don’t think it should be called a gym

Room design. Nice location, very close to the train station. Loved the vintage-looking radio in the room.

Bathrooms were not well ventilated enough, leading to mouldy grout in corners of shower area.

Fantastic location directly opposite the train station. Comfortable sized rooms with tea/coffee making facilities, free Lucerne Visitor Card for local bus & trams. Shoutout to Elisa for her friendly and efficient service upon check in.

Rooms are quite dated and could do with modernising. Housekeeping knocked three times and on one occasion let herself into the room on the morning of checkout, whilst we were trying to wash/ change/ pack before the checkout time. Surely could have waited till we had checked out.

Good location, extremely close to the train station (just cross the road and you have direct access via a ramp to the platforms!) The rooms were generally clean. Check in was smooth and efficient, and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The one thing that was not so good was the Gym - just two machines that were not good / not functional.

Good location. Good parking facility but steep to get into. Very nice room - we had single rooms but they were adequate sizes and very comfortable.

Considering the room rate, it was small things that disrupt the experience such as going to reception to pick up a vanity set or a tooth brush.

Amazing location and practical hotel in the middle of the city. Literally 1 min away from first platform of Luzern train station.

The receptionist Mateo's service was bad. For 3 days we asked him to empty the fridge. He always said that the next day it would be done and it never was done. We gave up asking! We had the impression that he doesn't understand English well, because on the 1st day he said that if we needed something it was possible to buy it at the station. On the 3rd day he asked what we wanted in the fridge. Although we used different terms to make sure he understood, it seems he never did! The air conditioning made a strange noise every hour disturbing sleep. We also asked for it to be checked and the request was never granted. We found the reception service disappointing.

it’s a top location near the station and boats and the city centre. The front desk staff are all very helpful with recommendations for tourist attractions. Catherine in particular was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
