The exercise room at the hotel is a joke! Too small and crowded, hot, outdated equipment (Sprossenwand ?? 😟) with one machine broken outright with dangling cables. Used towels don’t get picked up on a daily basis. It seems nobody paid attention. In this form it is useless, sorry. If improvement (expansion on-site) is not possible, then please give a discounted admission to guests who want to exercise, for example to one of the many Winterthur fitness clubs. If you want to be a top destination these days, access to a “real” fitness facility, on-site or off-site ) is indispensable. Please take this as a positive feedback, thank you.

Internet performance and stability was below expectation as well as the sound from the corridors and stair case was coming easily through the room door. Also, the breakfast buffet got easily crowded even with just a handful of people trying to get something. Otherwise there wasn't too much to complain about.

Super friendly staff, all the way from first contact to goodbye. Breakfast lady was just superb in welcoming and remembering our morning drink preferences. Excellent location and also the windows were super-sound proof so even if there was a busy road nearby, you could not hear the sound into the room. Also very friendly cleaning staff. Family friendly!

I thought the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were a good size with plenty of attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even went above and beyond to support our needs during the stay. A special thanks to Cristina and Lena who helped us out on the day of our departure.

unfortunately we arrived 5 minutes before the end of breakfast. the staff was visibly offended because breakfast lasts until 10 am and they don't want to wait for guests longer. that's not right considering all the other beauties of the hotel. I felt "kicked out" from breakfast, but I had to take some croissants and cheese, which I ate until 10 am. in the air you could feel how much they were waiting for the breakfast to be over and for the guests to leave the room. that would be the only complaint about your hotel.

There was nothing to complain about. It is not worth mentioning that the maid forgot to wipe the dust from the table on the terrace, but we solved this small problem.

Very good hotel, absolutely clean and equipped at a high quality. The location is perfect, situated at the edge of the downtown meanwhile in the middle of a green island of the city. Beds are large and proper for a quiet sleep. We felt very comfortable during our four-night stay, because we were given a superior room with a balcony on the top floor of the building, which was an outstanding place to relax after a long day. In addition, a coffee maker served our comfort in the hotel room, while there was also a restaurant and bar on site. There was a variety of fresh fruit at breakfast every day, which we appreciated. The staff was polite and helpful. After our pleasant stay we can only recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was complete and very good, especially the Latte Macchiato. i could invite a guest without any issue. The location is just perfect, in front of the office. Small room but really pleasant with the balcony . I will come back and recommend the hotel. Thank you!

We had dinner on both nights. The restaurant is very nice and the food good, though the 'à la carte menu' does not offer enough options. The staff was very nice but the service was really very slow. We had to chase them to get their attention, every time we needed something and they did not always bring us what we asked for. The place was full on both nights, so they should really increase the numbers of servers.

the entrance is not easy to find , maybe a detailed description would have been welcome. GPS was not helpful! Also, as it is between two thoroughfare, would have been quieter to keep the air-conditioning on as opposed to the open window. But these can be avoided with preliminary warnings.

Breakfast was very good, the staff helpful, efficient and smiley. They waited for our arrival late at night, which was appreciated. As it was a short visit, we could not benefit from the location, BUT...
