The bathrooms are surprisingly basic.

The central location. The decor is modern and civilised. The staff are welcoming. Everything is exceptionally clean. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with so many tv channels.

* No irons or ironing boards in rooms. You have to go down to the basement in order to get access to a small room which is the laundry room * Layout of the hotel is a bit confusing

Smooth late check-in on a Sunday night which was very much appreciated. Friendly staff, solid breakfast included but a shame that it didn't have fresh juices. Very quiet room and got a great night's sleep

The hotel is quite old and is currently under going renovation. The shower was broken, there was only one towel for two people and also the duvet cover was not big enough for two people. When I went to the reception to inform them about the shower and ask for another towel, nobody was there.

the hotel is undergoing renovations, part of it are closed and they moved the breakfast to a different location, resturant is not on site. during the day (pretty early) work starts. if i would have known i would have not booked this hotel. the value for money was not good, it was a very expensive stay

The breakfast was good, but there was a menu where you can order some options and it was disappointing that they are not included in price. I already paid for breakfast and didn't want to pay again for these additional options

I really loved the room. It was very specious, with a very nice view, the bathroom was big as well, the shower was very good, complimentary tea and coffee, very comfortable bed. The next time I go to Zug, it definitely will be this hotel!

The long wait at the reception and the lengthy check-in at reception. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The price. Avocado on toast and Eggs Benedict are charged extra. We didn't bother.

The central location. The quiet room overlooking the park. Good choice on breakfast buffet though there was a toaster but no bread to go in it.

Convenient location in the centre of Zug with easy walk to the lakeshore. Underground parking was helpful. The receptionist gave a full brief and advice about Zug. The waitress serving morning coffee to us and a visitor was quick cheerful and professional

The hall looks like a hospital and the room rather clinical. The airconditioner was a standalone unit blower that was pretty loud - so we had to balance between having it on or opening the windows and sleeping with the street noise. The bed was comfortable but the noise was overall uncomfortable. Also, the suite came with a kitchenette but there were no utensils or plates in any of the drawers. Also, the pool was in an auxillary building that we never located.

The juices were not freshly squeezed. But we could order eggs over easy and the spread of salmon & cheeses was good.

The parking availability for the property , though I could enjoy a discounted rate on my parking if I used the hotel . The other thing that I did not like was the question from receptionist asking " You have stayed with us before and when I replied it is my first time in Zug, i was answered our system shows you have been here before !!"

The quitness and cleanness of the facility , its location which was a walking distance to the lake and the old town . There is a big shopping district close by with all things needed
