Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

From arriving to leaving this hotel was a very special experience. The location at over 2000 metres is pretty unique. The staff all excellent and little touches like the welcome cup of tea, fresh fruit in the room were lovely. We stayed in room 401, a Junior Suite with double aspect windows giving panoramic mountain views. Both a coffee maker and a kettle provided. Both the included four course dinner and breakfast were excellent.

It’s location atop a mountain at 7000 ft. makes it like none other!!! one must take a cable car and a gondola or cogwheel train to reach it. Far out!!! (pun intended) :)

Nice hotel on top of Pilatus mountain, beautiful access from two possible stations to approach, one with cable car, another with cog train. You will be staying at about 2'100+ m high altitude, full view of Luzern, very good panoramic view of Luzern lake and the Swiss Alps, needless to say that it is just breathtaking and most people's reason to stay over is the scenery and the view.
