Thin pillows. I think the staff probably would have sorted us with some more if we'd asked but by the time we realised reception was closed (after 11pm) Was quite a hot room so could have done with a fan or something.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The views were absolutely stunning. We chose a lake view, which I definitely recommend.

There was a lot of wind and the hotel did not seem to be isolated properly, wind was going through the whole hotel and it was rather noisy.

The place has incredible views, the lake view is everything we hoped for! Breakfast is served with the view from the tables!

We paid for the minimum room and in fairness received exactly what we paid for! Next time I would pay for the upgrade to a larger room and a full lake view, as the partial lake view also means you can see the busy main road.

A charming quality hotel with exceedingly helpful staff perfectly situated for our trip back to Geneva which is just under an hour away. Beautiful views over the lake and the local town was a pleasure to explore and there were lots of options for food.

The extended sofa wasn't comfortable at all , the rooms may be a bit bigger on the 5th floor. Coffee and tea wasn't topped up every day and missing cups to drink it from. In general no complaints - was good .

Receptionist Jèrôme is the right person in the right position - 10 stars to him for the service The location is good, easy to find, close to the train stop, and a beautiful view of the room at the lake side

We needed more pillows - they weren't very comfortable but adequate. Since we were in a suite, I had expected a full set of toiletries to be provided but there was no hair conditioner or body lotion. The breakfast was adequate.

The view was excellent - location is everything. We stayed over Christmas and the room was still cleaned every day with fresh towels provided which I didn't expect at Christmas.

Bathroom. Has a hand shower. Paper cups instead of normal cups in the room. The hotel does not always cater for supper.

Beautiful quaint countryside. The view over the lake was captivating. The staff were very pleasant. I must make special mention of Eloise who went beyond her call of duty to personally write out an itinerary complete with highlights. We were meant to travel to Geneva and decided to rather stay a further two days at Prealpina. Thank you to everyone at Prealpina our stay was lovely.

Restaurant at the hotel was closed for the season. We had to walk a very steep road in the rain to get dinner. Had to return with a taxi.

We loved the beautiful view on the lake from our room. Parking was convenient despite a very narrow road to access the property.

You need to invest in pillows!! The existent pillows are miserable and when we asked foe extra pillows, we were told the hotel was full and there were no pillows to spare. It can't be THAT expensive to have additional pillows, as I'm sure this problem occurs often! Respectfully!

The views and location although it would be hard to get to by public transport. Great for us as car tourists, parking very convenient.

The location and views were superb. The architecture was good but the detail was poor. It needs an interior decorator to add colour warmth and comfort to all areas of the hotel. Bedrooms were nice but lacked warmth in terms of wall hangings and decoration accessories.

It was a little bit warm, which is not the hotel's problem. But it would have been better if the hotel offered a pedestal fan.

We loved the location with that vast view of the lake.... perfect for someone who would like to meditate. However, you need to request a room with that view, or one may get a room facing the opposite. I wish I were there for one more night.
