The breakfast could be better, especially with this price. There are not too much to choose and no fruits in the breakfast.

Good price and location. Large and clean room with nice facilities.

I was not too keen on the menu. Read that there was fab pizza but that is now gone. Didn't not enjoy the food.

Room was clean and the location was fantastic. We were able to explore St.Gallen via foot.

Location is not that great since no taxi base nearby and neither the train station was close by. Reception staff was relatively slow

Breakfast was good but compared to the overall room price charged, breakfast could have been better. There was only 1 attendant in the breakfast area and in busy timing, that was little challenging for him and for gusts as well

The plugs are not beside the bed, you need to plug the devices at the desk.

Nice location, within walking distance to the railway station. Parking is located underground if you arrive by car. Check in fast, elevator to the room. The room is nicely decorated, bathroom with bath, toiletries available. Safe with code, wardrobe, desk. Mineral water is replaced every day as well as 1 bottle of beer. Breakfast was not as buffet (I guess because the hotel was not full) but there is a good choice from à la carte menu and you can ask eggs, bread, croissant, yougurt, muesli. WiFi no password needed and is working well. I had dinner at the restaurant (kitchen closes at 21:30) and the dishes are tasty. There is also a bar and a casino (I cannot comment because I did not go). Coffee and tea are available in room with nespresso machine. Some nice restaurants are close by (i went to the Netts that I can recommend)

Expensive so we didn’t eat in the hotel! We had thought of eating on Sunday evening but the restaurant was closed.

The concierge on in the evening (Silvio) was so helpful& friendly.

Only one pillow per couple and that was very thin and flimsy. My wife managed to get to sleep by folding the pillar in half and putting a towel underneath. I struggled to sleep . All sounds trivial but a good nights sleep is a major part of the enjoyment of a weekend break Sounds like unwise penny pinching .

Clean . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was good

The bathroom and toilet are really tiny for a hotel of this class. Something must be done for improving this. At times there was shortage of staff to attend to all the customers.

The location is outstanding, as it is between the railway station and the market and shopping areas. The streetcar stops in front of the hotel gave excellent connection to most parts of the city. It is also within 5-15 minutes walk from most places needed for tourists or business people. There are lots of places and choices to eat within a short walk or tram ride. The staff are friendly and knowledgable.

There was an annoying design flaw. The bathroom has a glass wall facing the bed so it wasn't possible to leave a light on in the bathroom at night for safety. On the other hand you either couldn't use your phone light or else you couldn't charge your phone at night - THERE WERE NO SOCKETS NEXT TO THE BED!

The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was superb. The location was very convenient to the old town. The windows had triple glass with electric blinds

The safety deposit box was broken upon arrival and still 3 says later when we left. Multiple reminders from our side and promises to fix from the hotel's side didn't help solving the issue. The rooms need to be checked for issues prior to guests arriving.

The wooden furniture looked dated - it was not high class antique wood stuff but probably cheap 1970s or 1980s. It was functional, so I cannot say it was a problem. There is a casino at one entrance door, so you are not sure you are at the right place.

Somehow, I was offered a free upgrade to a suite. It had a living room, dining table, bedroom, separate bathroom and separate toilet. It had a door that could be opened to enter the balcony, which had tables and chairs. The view from he balcony was splendid with a sight of the steepled church at the city centre.

It's easy to remember what one doesn't like as we tend to naturally focus on the negative. The staff was too new or wasn't trained properly on how to refund the breakfast. I didn't ask to be charged for it and I was checking out before breakfast was being served. They couldn't refund the breakfasts and I didn't have time to wait.

Very quiet and nice. Beautiful. I've stayed at the Raddison Blu in Romania, Canada, and now a location in Switzerland. I must say, I have grown to love them as they are the best value.
