Aircon and tv didnt work on arrival. Tv was fixed after first day but aircon didnt get repaired. For the whole trip. Didnt ask if we wanted to move rooms

I would have liked for the bathroom to be a bit cleaner. There was hair in the shower when we arrived.

The bathroom had some inconveniences like the flush which was just behind the toilet lid so every time the toilet needs flushing, the toilet is to be closed.

Mould in the silicone around the basin in the bathroom. No closet to put clothes. Only a couple of racks with 4 hangers.

Comfortable mattress and nice pillows. Close to train, tram and bus. Good wifi connection. Members of staff very helpful. Good water pressure in the shower.

When we were checking-in with the night receptionist, and unfortunately he was NOT very welcoming . Especially to have a first introduction to the hotel. In comparison with the day receptionist guy, that was very helpful and friendly! Plus there were smell from the toilet seems like it was not cleaned properly

The hotel was good , and the room was big with everything in :) especially the bed was very comfortable ! And the hotel is close to the bus stop. Very good value for money!

We asked about breakfast and were told $15 so went ahead with it and filled in the cards with what we wanted. When we came down the next morning we were told that it is now a buffet. Whe we checked out the cost was $24 not $15, which when you convert it to NZD is one very expensive breakfast! We did question this but we're told that that was the cost - end of story. Geneva is super expensive - for everything.

Not much actually. We didn't take breakfast (pretty expensive, as is everything in Geneva) and went to the local supermarket to grab some croissants and other bakery items.

Clean and spacious rooms. Located at about 30mins with public transport. Hotel offered a pass to use public transport for free for all the days of the stay. They told us we could've gotten the pass before hand to get from the airport to the hotel. Easy bus connection from airport to hotel.

Staff misguided us by providing wrong routes for going to our place of visit. Staff did not tell us if Tap water is available for drinking water instead he insisted us to buy water bottle.

No milk in the rooms pricey breakfast - we went to the supermarket and also ate at the coop restaurant for a cheaper alternative. To note - Geneva shut their shops at around 6pm and shut all day on Sundays, so something to bear in mind when staying for the weekend! We found this slightly odd but maybe because we are used to late shops and open Sundays in England!

Good size room, clean bathroom, fresh towels. The travel pass is great for getting to the centre of Geneva (about 20 mins away). The shopping centre attached to hotel, the Italian next door.

There wasn't enough tea bags/coffee/milk. Had to ask at reception twice for more.

The staff was very cold in serving directions or advice when we asked for it We were charged for breakfast which, as it was not clear whether or not it was included in the price, we were not told it was extra. In addition, the extra cost of breakfast was really too expensive (almost €60 for two people).

It’s not that I didn’t like Ramada but it would have been nice if the rooms have a personal refrigerator.
