Shower was in a very high bath which was quite difficult to get into.

The bathroom is extremely small and not for the larger than average person or those with any mobility issues. It has a half bath which moves quite a bit when standing in for a shower. The bathroom could benefit from modernisation. The location isn’t great when using Zurich train station as a hub to visit other locations. Some noise from music outside late at night plus the humming of the fridge.

Spotlessly clean with a handy kitchenette. Serviced everyday which wasn’t expected. Residential area is pretty despite a lot of building work in progress. Mutschellenstrasse train station a short distance away. Warm welcome received.

The bathroom was tiny with a very small shower/bath to climb into, plus with shower curtain made it difficult to shower. Fittings in the bathroom very old and coming loose in places. No remote for the air-conditioning unit. Wine glasses would have been a nice addition.

Very helpful host who was very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. Helpful having a little kitchenette even though very basic and I wouldn't want to do a lot of cooking in the small space. Close to a rail connection and on a bus route. Quiet neighbourhood.

The Bath was very small . Room floor was uneven .

A good room for a short stay . Staff where very helpful . Just a 20 minute stroll into town .Train station was just around the corner . Trams and buses also passed the hotel . Room always felt warm . If you are running the Zurich marathon this hotel is just a short stroll to the Start / Finishing area.

The property is a little tired for the cost, but it Switzerland after all….. The cleaner needs to pay more attention to moving furniture to clean as our room had more dust balls than was reasonable and small items of rubbish. Not having someone on the reception over a weekend is poor and also not having beds made or bathroom cleaned was poor

The shower head should be replaced as it felt like acupuncture.

A bit worn out but otherwise clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the man at reception was super friendly as helpful.

The receptionist went out of his way to help us find our way around, he printed us 2 maps from google maps and came outside with us to show us the direction we needed to go in. The staff is FANTASTIC. Check in was very quick and check out is just drop off the key in the drop off box.

I was an OK stay. Bathroom a but to basic. Room was nice enough. Not a luxuary stay but for Zurich at that price it worked for me. I was working nearby so location was good for that.

The bathrooms are very small and sinks and bathtub taps are outdated. Elevator stops between floors need to drag suitcase up or down the stairs. Walls are thin, you can hear neighbour

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, close to center and Sihlcity, the tram and bus stop is very close, very nice receptionist. The building is located in a cute little street, nice old fashioned classical building

Location was a bit out of central city, but still within Zone 1 of the transport system. in a pleasant suburb, well served by busses. Manager was very pleasant and helpful, the room and facilities were super clean.

We only got one key for three people.

The Appartement Hotel was close to the venue we went. But since I am originally from Zürich that is why I picked it. The Appartement is perfect for 3 People. The appartement is not extremly new or modern, but comfortable and clean. The Kitchen and Bathroom were very clean. For the money you pay it's an excellent value.

Location is 10-15 minutes walk to the bus/train stop. There is another train station just 6 minutes walk away but you need to walk full flight of stairs. Both could be tiring if you have heavy luggages to carry. -the access to the room is not "luggage-friendly" because the lift wont stop on your exact floor where the rooms are and you need to carry your luggages on the staircase.

The room has kitchenette with utensils. Room is cleaned daily and towels are changed everyday as well.
