How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Stayed at various studios at the same location and in some of them the mattress is a bit saggy
Salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. is available in the studio so you can easily prepare your meals. Very well located close to the train station

It was very clean. There was also enough parking which was nice. Bed was comfortable, location was also quite good, you are near to italy and also you can go up to north to lugano etc. Its also quiet and you have everything you need in the apartment.

Despite there is no personnel at the facility, the codes and instructions to access the garage and rooms are clear and easy to follow. However the lack of personnel could be a problem if I was staying by myself. I've booked 2 rooms, the door knob in room 0.4 was coming off when pulled from inside leaving you locked in the room, my mom was at that room and I have to open the door for her twice using the code from outside. In my room, 0.7, the code unlocks the door but the door requires a REALLY STRONG should bump to open, I couldn't do it and my husband (a 6.1ft 90kg person) only could do it after feel strong attempts, almost as if he was brute forcing into the room - this happened throughout our entire stay.
Clean, modern and prompt REMOTE support. I was really really impressed by how modern and automated the facilities are. Door is open throughout a key code, lights, aircon and shades are all controlled via panels, however if I was staying by myself I'd likely be in trouble.

Perhaps a little on the small side. Would have been nice to have a lounge or couch. But not an issue for shorter stays

I didn't find any way to adjust the room temperature. But there's actually nothing I can find fault with.
Clean, quiet, modern, well equipped, small solo studio but more than enough, bright, wonderful shower, great mattress, free parking, free washer/dryer use, good internet. It's really all I ever needed and will be back a third time for sure.

The double bed is not comfortable at all and it would be better to have a single double bed instead of two single bed linked to each other and it makes it so difficult to sleep two person on it

This is a wonderful place. Clean, quiet, easy access, good parking, modern, centrally located. I can't say anything negative about it. Be sure to follow the instructions you receive right after the confirmation to get the access codes, it's all automated and time sensitive.

After the online check in I did from the link that was sent to me… I never got the information to get inside the room… I had to call the provided phone number many times until i got an answer…. Small detail but sometimes important because I didn’t have internet connection on my phone… its just a friendly reminder to the owner… but everything else PERFETO One more thing… please put a sign at the main street the entrance was a bit blocked from the school in front I would recommend this place to everyone

I personally do not really like to not have a physical key since I am always worried that I might forget the code and my phone may run out of battery after a long day. Maybe a card with the code for the wallet would be useful. Also, I was confused that my door was always open when I came in. I guess it opened because I entered the code at the front door. But in the description it said that the code also needed to be entered in the hallway which was not the case.
I was very happy with the location, close to the station and to everything else. The flat itself was clean and the bed comfortable. I was not missing anything.

The studio is located in a new, modern, and well-managed building mainly for university students. The residents here are super friendly. It is located just a few minutes walk from the train station and the shopping mall. The environment is clean, quite, and feeling safe. There are enough parking space for parking. Some parking spaces even have charging stations. Check in and check out are fully automated without any issue. My room is clean and comfortable. The studio exceeded my expectations.

repeatately i did not receive my code for entering the facility due to unknown reasons. appearently it has to do with registration form which i also never receive. There seems to be no free TV that is working.
I like the fact to get very fast responses from the property owner. The setup of the location including parking is great.

I'd have chosen not to be on the ground floor, but it wasn't terrible.
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the space was and how easy it was to get in and out of the apartment. It was clean, but there were dishes in the dishwasher. I just left them alone. The kitchen sink is bigger than my sink at home!
