Probably not the ideal hotel for business customers. Hotel needs to be refurbished and upgraded to today's level of confort, with working desk inside bedroom & stabe wifi.

Shower took a while to warm up, beds were a little creaky but these are very minor details!

Great for location to the ski slopes and a lovely old hotel. There had been an error made in our booking (our fault not theirs) and they were amazing at rectifying the solution. Breakfast was mostly homemade and was delicious!

Outstanding customer service. Excellent breakfast. There was nothing special about the room, a standard, small double room in a classic old building. However the place is friendly, comfortable and well maintained. It is an excellent value.

Spacious room with shower and washbasin. Clean shared toilet and lovely common areas. Nice food in the on-site restaurant but most of all helpful owners who arranged a taxi. They went above and beyond.

A very nice hotel. The staff is wonderful; actually the couple who owns the hotel works hard to make your stay enjoyable: cleanliness, breakfast and meals at the restaurant, and, above all, kind conversations. The place is simple: currently, it offers only shared WC, but this is almost an advantage, because it's very clean all day long, always available, whereas it makes the price noticeably lower with no real drawbacks. The beds are quite confortable

I have absolutely no complaints, just the small suggestion that there could be tea bags next to the kettle in the hallway with an honesty box for payment.

The location is easily accessible by public transport, a short walk below the stop Evolène Village, the terrace has a beautiful view of the mountains and is a great place to chill or read, the host is exceptionally friendly, breakfast was a simple, but well made choice of tasty and partly home made food items. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent - made with love and attention to detail. The hotel is in an old house, the rooms have charming old furniture and everything was clean. Definitely value for money. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay there.

Shower equipment little bit outdated and when neighbors are using shower you can hear the water running in pipes. But it is not super critical.

Location is super good and view from lounge are great. Many hikes available around, nice small city with few restaurants to select for dinner. Breakfast was good. Fresh coffee served ! Staff was wonderful and open to explain.

Wonderful food - much of it sourced locally. Excellent breakfasts. Welcoming proprietors who were very helpful. Lovely village with good walks locally - routes for snow shoeing and /or snow walking.
