We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe kitchen and seating area in the suite was a bit dark. The route through the corridors from the lobby to the room is completely dark at night and the lights are not motion activated. We couldn't see where we were going.

Location - next to schiffstation and postbus stop. Room had terrace. Staff very helpful, relaxed and friendly. Our 2 evening meals were very good quality and value. Other good restaurants in town.

We came back from a long day in the mountains and saw the sofa in the restaurant and thought it would be nice to have a drink there, the lady looked at us and spoke to us as if we were doing something really wrong. She then said ‘no, no, no, no rather patronising, offered us a table but we decided not to do that because of her attitude towards us and we then went up to our room. Most hotels allow you to get a drink downstairs, why is there a sofa there if you can’t sit on it? We were confused and felt like we had some something wrong, she wasn’t that friendly the next morning either at breakfast. Apart from that everyone else was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Australia2 single beds as queen bed put together. If you toss around while sleeping you will half the bed into two. Have to get up and move them back together in the middle of the night.
