Needed to iron my shirt but hotel didn't have an iron to borrow, instead was offered the ironing service with a charge. Not used to it as in most hotels I can do it myself.

I would recommend not getting a room which is in the basement and directly under the restaurant.

I appreciated that it was easy to change rooms as the first one was not very quiet. The second one was really nice ! Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant and food

Very friendly staff, amazing food made mainly from local ingredients, beautiful wellness area and nice rooms in alpine style. The hotel is located just 5 mins away from the famous thermal spa and next to the cross country slopes.

For a four stars hotel, flip flops to access the spa could be included in the room price.

Large room, very well furnished and decored. Wonderful breakfast with home made products. Restaurant and bar very good and not too expensive. Hope we'll come back.

Switzerland is not cheap but so beautiful.

The hotel is great and has beautiful views on the country side. You are in the post card. We also received a great discount for the TERME which are very close by and a must see. The gondola is free and then there is a perfect hike to the lake and back down to VALS.

Very well maintained facilities, indoor pool open 24h, clean, quiet, very good restaurant and amazing breakfast. Lots of choice in the buffet. Families and people with dogs were welcome but for lonely travelers there was no burden, noise etc ( have my own kids and know what a trouble they could be). Spacious facilities, pleasant outdoor area with a long slide. Easy, quiet and comfortable.

Warm and welcoming staff. Great location by the river, near 7321 Spa, and tve town centre. Good onsite restaurant. The wellness area is perfect for relaxation.

The menu needs to be rewritten for the restaurant. Sometimes they include meat that is not even mentioned in the menu.

The Sauna, Pool and the zen garden was cool and we were able to use it for 2 days even though we stayed only 1 night

Very friendly staff at check-in and during the stay. High quality choice of healty food for breakfast. Well equipped bar with cozy fireplace. The area nearby offers beautiful scenery and hiking routes. Everything in the village can be quickly reached by foot. The thermal bath is literally across the road.

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Rovanada. The property is situated at the foot of some of the most glorious Swiss mountains. The facilities are exceptional as are the staff. They went above and beyond for us and treated us with the most kindness imaginable. We will definitely remember our stay for a long time and can’t wait to return!

I can't say enough great things about this place! First of all, Evi and the staff are super welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious with a breathtaking view. The beds are super comfortable. Our experiences at the restaurants and bar were nothing short of awesome (shoutout to Daniel and Gabor for being great!). And finally, the wellness area was our favorite part: a lovely small spa with a couple of pools and relaxing spots with beautiful views of the valley. On top of that, the hotel is 10 mins away from the gondola that takes you to Gadastatt and 2 mins away by foot from the Thermal baths. It's simple, if you visit Vals, you must stay here.

Room not renovated. No hair conditioner or moisturising lotion , which after the thermal bath is a must have. The soap dispenser in the shower wasn’t working.
