In general i like staying at Ruby Claire hotels, the only thing i find really annoying is that you always need to do an extra check in and you need to do it by yourself, on a screen, every single time you book with them. I never had that with any other hotel and it’s frankly annoying. I travel a lot and most of the times i just wanna go to my room and chill. getting there and having to do this procedure every single time is just not necessary. Other hotels dont have that if u book online and if they do they have the staff to do it for you. Which is how it should be considering they charge 200- a nite. Ruby has the staff they just always stare at u while u are filing a form infront of them. It ridiculous.

Rooms are always clean, i like the interior and the beds are comfortable! In Geneva the hotel is situated very central which is very convenient for those working in the center!

House keeping is noisy and some servers in the lounge are not very friendly

That they allowed smoking anywhere on the property. The people smoking on the seventh floor deck were sending second-hand smoke inside the lobby and restaurant area through the open doors. This is a health hazard for guests and staff members. This is 2024! Hotels in the rest of the modern world don’t allow smokers to harm the experience for everyone else.

Modern rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Nice amenities such as hot water for tea and ironing boards on each floor. Friendly staff that will get better with more training.

Easy walk from train station without luggage but quite tiring when you have to drag your luggage from train station to the hotel and vice vesa but doable unless you have more than one big size luggage then I wouldn't recommend. I had one medium size and a backpack.

Helpful and nice staff, love the breakfast, easy check in and check out, cozy atmosphere in the dining area with full bar, clean and spacious room.

Though aesthetic the rooms were not very practically designed. Small but important things like there was no place to open the suitcase so we had to do that in the bed. No instructions for thermostat were mentioned. The wash basin was out in the room with no enclosure.

Room was extremely cold, despite putting the heating to maximum. Ive complained to the staff, but was told that the room is 23 degrees... I do not believe that was true.

The entrance is a little hard to look for. My room was located at the 7th floor and it felt like I was entering a service door to my room where I had to go through the dining lounge to a door at the corner. Dislike how I had to check in by filling in every single details through the iPad rather than having the staff to do the check in by just handling guest passport like any other hotel.

Love the concept of the hotel. The room is designed with a lifestyle concept with some doodles instructions. Room is bright and clean! Location was perfect, restaurants and shoppings are just at few steps away.. 3 mins walk to direct bus to the airport. Very convenient.

Self check in is not nice. Generally the level of service provided is poor. The staff are nice, but they do t really support. I didn’t get my Geneva travel card and they couldn’t help me
