Breakfast was very good. Not cheap but probably in the local range. Variety and unlimited.

A few things that added up to moderate disappointment: 1. No coffee in the room! Instead, each floor had a small public room with the makings for coffee. For us that meant walking the length of two hallways to find it. Then the water for the coffee was lukewarm and there was no creamer or milk. 2. No washcloths or hand towels, just bath towels. 3. The bed had two comforters but both of them were short/small, so one covered your feet and the other could be pulled up to your neck. Very odd setup.

Great location, very close to the train station but not so close as to be noisy, etc. Recent updating looks very good. The breakfast was nice but it was continental only, no hot food items.

Great location for our morning train. Excellent access as we were travelling with my mother who has accessibility issues. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Minimally appointed but clean and well set out rooms with a good shower and comfortable beds. I would have liked to have stayed another night to appreciate the hotel properly. I would stay here again.

I'd like to be able to make tea in the room. You need to go to another floor to get your tea or coffee.

The location is excellent. It is very near the main train station, really convenience for my train journeys. I don't need to rush or worry about missing the train. The hotel is very easy to find. As a solo female traveller, I feel very safe in the neighborhood. Breakfast was good. I'm very happy with the tea variety and quality. I can get good quality protein, veggie, carb and fruits for my day. Good value too. I appreciate the upgrade. The check out and check in were easy.

We booked a 'loft room' but were on the 1st Floor? Check carefully on which room you book. The lower cost rooms are small! Could not adjust aircon temperature.

Great location for transiting or staying in Zurich. Easy access to train station, old city, shops and restaurants. Room was spacious for spreading luggage about.

Thought it was a bit strange that the bathroom was glass with just a curtain around and see through glass around the toilet and the sink wasn’t in with the bathroom it was actually in the room itself, but it was clean,and also the breakfast was a bit pricey for what was included,no hot food only boiled eggs.

Location was perfect right in the centre of everything we needed,the bathroom was clean.

I had booked and paid the breakfast, but had to leave to the airport at 6h20m to a 11 hour flight back home. The official time to breakfast was 6h30m. The employees were fixing the breakfast at 6h00, I was with my wife alone in the restaurant, that were any other guests. I could have had the breakfast, but one employee there, a man, refused to allow us to eat anything, and all was ready, we could have eaten without creating any problem at all. This rigidity is against the guest. The employees should be trained better to deal with these circumstances, that happens sometimes. To let you know, I am the handicap guest that was at your Hotel twice in the last weeks. In the other hand, I would like to leave an excellent word to Stella, an employee of you hotel. She assisted us in the check-in and was very kind and gentle at all times. Stella, you were so nice. Thank you so much for everything. Best regards, Marco.

Rooms are small. At least ours was. You can't wash your hands in the bathroom because they made it to be pretty not functional. When we arrived, after shovering, we noticed pieces of glass on the floor the hard way because my gf cut herself. Someone broke a glass cup and many small pieces were on the floor. The floor was dirty. All in all I expected much more but it is what it is. I hope they can clean rooms a little better.

Nice looking hotel from the inside. Breakfast was great. Plenty of options to choose from.

The rooms were spacious, well designed and comfortable. The hotel had lots of facilities and the location was excellent close to the station. The breakfast was comprehensive and good quality if a bit expensive.

Staff were very friendly, had nice room as was upgraded by booking and then hotel. If that is the double upgrade however, I would not want to stay in a regular room. Must be tiny! Great Location, one of the best you will find in Zurich.

It would be nice if breakfast was included for that high price

In the heart of the city. Just some steps away from Central Station. I think it is a nice approach to be environmentally friendly and to offer free cocktails to guests who do not want to clean every day. Although there was no refrigerator in the rooms, it was very good that they immediately solved my problem with a portable refrigerator when I stated that I had medicines that I needed to keep in the cold. The beds were comfortable, the room and linens were clean. I think it was a bonus that there were coffee points on the floors that provided tea, coffee and hot and cold water.

Tea and coffee facilities are along the corridor - a bit like a student hall of residence. Use of disposable cups.

Would have loved to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room, as well as minibar (or small fridge).

Great atmosphere, wonderful central location, top rate accommodations and very friendly helpful staff. Loved the option of skipping daily housekeeping in exchange for a free cocktail! Their cocktails are THE BEST!
