The location was fantastic, it's in a small quiet village overlooking green fields towards the Alps and it's only a short drive to a larger town where supplies can be bought. There are walking trails in a forested area not far away, just in case you haven't walked enough already. The breakfasts were excellent, and once served we were left alone to contemplate the days adventures.

It was a beautiful property with extremely gorgeous surroundings. We reached late in night and checked out next morning. Wish we had a longer stay as it was perfect to relax and enjoy the house and its surroundings. The house it beautifully done and it is spotlesaly clean. The host even arranged late checkin and a cot for our child

Very warm welcome by the owner. The place is lovely with beautiful nature/fields/swiss landscapes ! it is very quiet and well located because Lucerne is close by car. Parking on site free a real plus. The flat is well equipped and confortable.

Very cozy accommodation and a kind hostess was waiting for us. Everything was great. Beautiful views from the window of the room. I definitely recommend going for a walk between the villages. It was so super beautiful.

this is an incredible Swiss experience for our family! in the middle of green hills this amazing guest house with the incredible host Maggie and her husband! very clean room and shared bathroom. free coffee and tea. delicious and traditional breakfast - absolute love! there are some farms around in walking distance and local products little shop! we highly recommend this stay - simple but very delightful with true Swiss soul🇨🇭

No bath mat, we didn’t want to get the floor wet & it was a bit too warm with no obvious way to lower the temperature so we had to open the window, not very environmentally friendly

The bed was really hard. Maybe a topper would solve this.

The appartment was clean and cozy. Also we liked that there were some basic necesseties in the kitchen such as cooking oil salt pepper and even coffee. The view was amazing.

No supermarket within walking distance (or it was closed).

Nice clean house and very quiet and relaxing location. We really had a great rest from the road and gained the strength to continue the journey the next day.

The only thing, that wasn't comfortable for us were the pillows. Very big and too soft. Everything else was perfect! :)

So peaceful and beautiful place to spend Christmas! We have booked a studio and they upgraded us free of charge to the garden apartment, that was amazing! The owner is very kind and friendly. The apartment is new, very comfortable, spotless clean, there is everything, but really everything you need. Nespresso machine with capsules, sugar and cream, big fridge, all the utensils to cook, nice terrace, 2 bathrooms, big living area, baby cot and chair... Just a perfect place to stay with your family! Most of the places of interest are 30-60 minutes driving, which in Switzerland is always a pleasant thing to do. ☺️ We received a small Christmas present, as well. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Sigigen end of October. Our check in and check out were very fast and efficient. We stayed in “Rigi” room with a shared bath room. There were only two rooms, so we did not have to wait for “Pilatus” room. First of all, everything is perfectly clean in the apartment. It is clean not only in the room but everywhere in house. We were more like guests hosted by the owners. Mäggy and her husband are very welcoming and friendly people. I had an outstanding breakfast just for 10CHF: fried eggs, rösti, coffee, yoghurt, cheese, ham, warm bread, butter, fruits. B&B is located opposite of Pony restaurant. Since we were with a baby and could not go out, we ordered take away cordon bleu and a burger with venison. Both dishes very very tasty and big portions! Mäggy had 2 cribs to offer for our 2 month old baby! Bath room is equipped with a bathtub, which is kept in perfect clean condition. I think you can get coffee or tea for free (with sugar and cream). The room price is very moderate, if you think about Swiss prices for hotels in general. The apartment is located in a very traditional area surrounded by mountains and farmer lands. You will see people going to church on Sunday morning. It is a quiet, cozy and comfortable place off the beaten track that would not disappoint your expectations :)
