We really liked this spacious apartment and the restaurant below. The shower was great, and the beautiful kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts could add some basics for cooking in the kitchen cabinets, like cooking oil, salt, and pepper, and then it would be perfect. Although the supermarket is next door so no problem. We left some oil for the next guests. The building next door has very prominent lighting during the night, so if sensitive to light, it might be wise to bring your sleeping mask.

The host was nice and patient. The apartment and its facilities were great. You may buy food, supermarket just 2 min away, and cook a cosy dinner for yourself. Or you can enjoy the delicious food in their restaurant. The beds were great and comfortable. Had a nice sleep in this apartment

No kettle. A very difficult staircase if you have heavy luggage The furnishings seem a little mismatched which makes the apartment seem less attractive than it could be.

The apartment is spacious and light. The restaurant downstairs is very pleasant with a shady terrace. We were given help with our luggage.

Wifi is very slow and can only connect from the living room. It was very disappointing and suggests the owner to improve the speed and connectivity throughout the house. Also a welcome note including a detailed instructions how to find the apartment. It wasn't easy to find the location based on the address. The apartment is actually ontop of the restaurant (the name of the restaurant can be found in the apartment pictures) building and you need to go and speak to the restaurant staffs about the keys and etc. i would have appreciated a detailed instructions for check - in.

The property was in ideal location in the center. The property was very clean and organised! You have all the basic kitchen utensils but no ingredients. You need to buy your own cooking groceries. There is a car park available which is free of charge. The apartment is very spacious- has three rooms, one double and three single bed. Overall a good apartment for a family stay!

The main disadvantage is that the appartment is up several flights of narrow stairs - not easy with heavy luggage. Being centrally located, it can get noisy - especially when something is on at the theatre next door. If you fill the appartment, you'll probably find a single shower/WC room to be a bit of a bottleneck. The owners may still be finding their feet in the accommodation business, because arrangements were sometimes a bit haphazard. I mean, the people were lovely to deal with, but it sometimes took a bit of time to find the right person. There were also a few things missing that we would have liked: no kettle, no microwave, no condiments or cooking oil. Hopefully, that will get sorted. The wifi reception was rather patchy, especially in the living room. Finally, please be aware that vegetarian options are thin on the ground in Altdorf, especially on certain days of the week. The Pizzeria Wilhelm Tell is a good option.

The appartment is spacious: all the rooms are generously sized, even the bathroom. Everything is modern and clean (as of June 2023). A washing machine and tumble dryer are available to use free of charge. The location is excellent: right in the town centre and with a supermarket just round the corner. There is a restaurant (the Schützenmatt) right downstairs, and many others nearby. The staff were super-friendly and helpful.

although renovated, they could have put a bit more care in the choices of furniture and mattresses. it really takes little effort for this facility to jump to the next level.
