How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable
Breakfast was incredible, offered discounted ski tickets and the staff was helpful. Thai Restaurant on site was delicious

Maybe it was written somewhere and I missed it, but it is highly recommended to book a parking slot in advance. I have not and in the end there were no space to park my car. Nearest parking is within walking distance (5 mins), but obviously it is less convenient.
Super clean hotel (public areas, room), nice breakfast, friendly staff (especially housekeeping and breakfast), welcome amenities and nice view.

The modern rooms are 5 stars, comfortable, spacious, good storage and balcony. They have a garage and ski storage room downstairs. The dinner was a real gourmet one and the breakfast always excellent. The staff is very welcoming, attentive and available. The public swimming pool across the street suits all type of swimmers and the sport shop opposite the hotel is well stocked and staff is very helpful. The ski school and kids friendly skilift is just behind the hotel. With the free bus pass and ski card you are minutes away from all the slopes in the valley.

The fan in our bathroom did not work. Breakfast should ideally be offered a bit earlier especially in summer.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were generally helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The parking was very practical too.

The hotel parking was full and we had to use public parking

Lovely staff, kudos to Paulo who picked us up at the train station and dropped us off when we left. Good location in the middle of town and connected to a great little thai restaurant.

Despite the hotel was pet friendly, during breakfast time they didn't allow us to sit in the main restaurant. We didn't even sit in another restaurant. They served us a table in a room where they allowed kids to play.
The hotel is very clean and everything looked new. The location was very good and the staff were very nice & friendly.

The deco thai restaurant is amazing. The chef came out and asked us how the food was, which was a really nice thing to do and the food was amazing. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. The rooms were basic ( even the comfort suite)

The heating could not be regulated. It was too warm in the sleeping room. But you can ask the receptionist to low down the temperature. There is no parking slot in the hotel. Public parking is about 5 min walk and affordable.
The room is clean and comfortable. The environment is quiet. The food in the Thai restaurant was delicious.

The bed was a bit low too the ground and basic, maybe needs a mattress topper
The staff was super friendly and very responsive to requests! The second morning, upon request the previous day, they served me vegan breakfast (almond milk, almond yogurt, vegan butter and Müsli)
