1) Breakfast had very little options for vegetarian ppl.But the staff was so kind and helpful . 2)Though it's near the bus stop yet less frequent buses 1 per hour, but again if you want a good location that comes with its cost.

Even though the coffee is good the breakfast could have been better as the selection is limited to mostly cold cuts, breads and cheese. The rooms could be better lit with power outlets near the beds.

Located right on the lake with splendid views, just opposite from a bus stop connecting to Interlaken OST. There is another bus stop 1 min walking distance away as well. We also a complimentary Bus Pass during our stay.

no A/C or even fan in room, required open door to sleep in fall, can't imagine how hot the summer would be.

We loved everything about the hotel. Its position on the lake was wonderful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Included bfast was perfect. the restaurant doesnt operate anymore (or maybe in off-season it is closed), but that was fine Extremely clean and comfortable. showing its age, but that brings $ value with it!

It was a very good staying. The location is fantastic .it is not far from the train station and it is just infront of the lake. The fantastic view of lake was so great .the hotel is avarage with very classic beds and furniture but very accepted for the coast. Very delicious breakfast .the boat stop is 2 minutes from the hotel .they also gave us a free bus and train tickets with our reservation. I will go back again forsure in the future.

The rug in one of our rooms was, maybe not dirty, but kind of old. When I asked the staff about it they said it was very old and that it wasn't dirty just that it was very used. It gave such a bad impression because everything else was very good.

Good location if you are visiting Interlaken with a stunning view from our room. The staff were marvelous, always smiling and willing to help us. The breakfast was also very delicious. The breakfast was very fresh.

Solo female traveller, stayed for 2 nights in August. Staff allowed early check in which was greatly appreciated. Great, quiet location on Lake Brienz. Had a kayaking tour which was an 8 min walk from the hotel. Bus stop outside hotel runs every hour, convenient because it goes to Interlaken OST and Itsewald (filming location for Crash Landing on You) and guests are provided with a free travel pass in the Interlaken area. Included breakfast was a variety of pastries, bread, yogurt, fruit, tea/coffee, juice. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast, elevator access to rooms. View from the room was stunning

Very very old building. It is one of the hotels where you can hear your neighbor snoring! The mattress was very uncomfortable. The room was very smelly. Breakfast was very basic and limited. It is not worth the price I paid!
