Location is perfect. The bust stop is right on the corner and not even a ten minute bus ride to the main station for the trains. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the view of the lake was gorgeous. We were able to check in earky and leave our bags so that was very helpful. Tbe breakfast in the morning was delicious as well with the fresh bread from the local baker

Nothing, except the fan in the toilet did not work which we fixed it by using the fans available in the room.

We loved everything about our stay! We are so happy that we asked for an upgrade! The lake view is unbeatable... The location is perfect... Bus 103 and 102 stops at the hotel door frequently and taking you to Interlaken. Our room was spectacular. So clean, spacious, beautiful, calm.

on downside pillows could have been better.. and as exhaust is non existent in bath room .. a freshener would have been helpful. Breakfast section staff could have been alert to replenish the dishes

We are early risers so was just a bit disappointed that the hot water wasn't turned on until.6.45. Other than that though it was a perfect stay.

The staff could not do enough to accommodate us. We were upgraded to a lake view which was amazing and really made our trip so much more memorable. I was so ecstatic to see our room.had a bathtub and that was such a luxury as i had come down with a cold. Breakfast was deicious and they catered to our every whim.we had a coffee machine in our room and they supplied pods and bottled water every day. Honestly I could not fault this hotel or the treatment we received. We loved it so much we opted to stay an extra night rather than go on to Zurich.

They upgraded us to the lake view on arrival which was great. They allowed early check in as we reached a bit earlier. The food was good. Breakfast was alright. Best thing is the location and the comfort with busstop just opposite to the hotel and only 5 min ride away from Interlaken Ost. The view from the balcony was super!

The location of the hotel is just perfect! I cannot describe how wonderful the lake view is. The staffs are super friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast is really nice with so many different options. They also give you a tourist card which can be used for free public transportation to the city center. There is a bus stop a few meters away from the hotel which makes it super easy to commute to wherever you want in the city.

location and staff are perfect, they show very lovely hospitality mindset. i forgot my Prada bag ( with cash and value more than 3000 euro) at the lobby during my trip to Zermatt and have to wait for one night to return to the hotel. staffs kept all of my belonging in a very good condition and kind enough to put my bag at the train station locker due to that day hotel was closed. they even have to pay additional deposit fee for my bag. i would stay here again if I have a chance to visit interlaken next time. location is just right in front the bus station with free interlaken pass that let me enjoy free shuttle service from hotel to interlaken city. highly recommended!!!
