The room as well was good, just there is no AC and the window doesn’t open much. Basic necessities were available. Average hotel. At night can get noisy if you have room on the lower floor but not too much of an inconvenience

The property is very old. Still well maintained, the bathroom is good and spacious. The location is slightly outside the Centre but so well connected by tram and bus and train. The tram station is right outside the hotel.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. All staff very polite, friendly, and professional. Room had everything I needed. Toiletries were very good. Location was just 6 min walk from Train station and close to supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants and food outlets. Several churches also close. Breakfast was more continental than "full"; though there were a couple of hot options which you could order. What was available as a buffet was nice; Selection of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread and jams, croissants. hard boiled eggs. There is a church very close which rings bells up to about 21:00 at night and from 07:00am. I loved them, and it was an ideal alarm clock, but may be a problem if you wanted a lie in.

Proper teaspoons and milk pots rather than powdered milk sachets would have been nice.

The room was small but comfortable and nicely decorated. It has having everything that you need. The desk was a good size for working and the WIFI was great. The room was quiet and also the bells at the nearby church didn't ring during the night which can be a problem in Switzerland. The bed was comfortable and there was a kettle with tea and coffee supplies in the room. While the hotel is a bit outside Zürich CBD, it was only a short trip away and the hotel has a tram stop in front and a train in a 10 min walk. It also has cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

It’s central so a very busy area in the city , not ideal if a person wants a quiet peaceful place.

The connecting rooms was great provided privacy but my sister and I could just pop over to the others room easily but had our own space

There are so many shops within the area.Coop is just beside it so when we want something to eat we can grab from the store The staff are very helpful in booking us a cab whenever we need one Our room is well kempt With a good supply of tea, coffee, sugar and cream

Staff communication very poor And I was not explained anything inc. WiFi code I booked for a family of 3 but the bed was prepared for 2. We went out after we checked in and came back around 22:00, the reception was closed yet to find out no bed made for the third person. The bar/club people had to give us bed lines so we can make our bed. However, there was a young lady who worked in the restaurant who kindly helped to make the bed. She came with a lady who had an attitude, nit sure if it is to do with language barrier. Additionally, lack of communication between them. On the arrival we paid city tax for 3 of us bad it was not recorded on their system. During our check out, the receptionist said we must paid city tax for the 3rd person, she did not allow me to explain, and insisted that you must pay. I asked her that I can pay without knowing what I am paying for. I had to show her prove of transaction paid on the arrival then she found the information on their system. Very unprofessional, rude and no manners. She did not even apologise.

The rooms are quite small by comparison and do not contain a fridge.

The hotel is located a short distance from the main city but is easily accessible by train (about 5 mins away) and tram (right out the front). There is a supermarket close by and a number of good restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a 1 nite stay before catching the flight home in the morning. Check in and check out is a breeze. Distance to train station is about 10 mins plus walk with large luggages.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Bed was comfortable as well and the desk is large enough to get work done comfortably. Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location was good, being beside a tram stop and near the train station. There are plenty of amenities around as well.
