The kitchen equipment was not in the best condition. I would not recommend cooking in the kitchen.

There was not enough toilet paper and it was hard to reach the staff on phone (the staff number was not what was on the wall but a machine told it once when you called the put out number). The sheet had a little hair on and there was only diluted handsoap.

I like self-check in. It was simple to use. My room wasn't as noisy as I anticipated. Comfortable bed.

The location is further from center and by a busy street, so the guest can hear the cars passing.

Self check-in and check-out were without problems. The accomodation was clean and spacious. Overall, good option for the price.

(At least for me) very complicated system of picking up the keys (numbers, boxes, codes). No chance for parking around (yellow, blue zones). Only fast foods in the area, almost no restaurants.

There is no elevator in the property. Had to carry my luggage 3 floors. No free parking, but many public parkings next to building (had to pay).

The location is good as it is close to shops and many good restaurants. The apartment was spacious and we had 4 rooms. We only needed two but still good to have extra. We initially faced an issue, but the host was very helpful to resolve it.

Not very close to the center (15-25 min walk), but acceptable. It is a budget place, so the furniture is obviously simple, not very new and not very aesthetically pleasing, but functionally ok and clean, so no big issues here. There were major construction wors ongoing just in front of the window which were very noisy during the day. personally, it doesn’t bother me too much, because I was out during the day, but such a major issue should have been mentioned, either before the booking, or at least in the individual communication before check-in. You cannot simply omit such an important fact, that is simply NOT ok and speaks of the attitude of people running the place. I still grade the place quite high, but mostly based on the great price I got, rather then based on quality.

The price I got was simply great for Switzerland. Otherwise the place was sure OK, but not great either. A small common kitchen was nice, there is no personnel on premises so check in is contactless.

The wifi did not work sometimes and they said we need to write to the company, which we could not do without wifi. We could not use some devices at the same time (hair dryer and water kettle) because it kicked out the electricity.

The location is great, the room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equiped.

I previously stayed at this property about couple of years ago when they still were full apartments. They are now all rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen. I miss those apartments where nothing had to be shared and rates were still very good.

Very good value for money. Big comfortable room with nice view. Easy self check-in with clear instructions given. Fully equipped shared kitchen with dishwasher.

Nobody was available to help. the code did not work there. the location was not what was advertised. therefore i had no access to the room and had to go to another hotel. this was an awful experience. never again will I go or recommend this hotel to anyone
