Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe spa could use some improvements. The sauna and the steam room were great, but the hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets didn’t stay on for very long.
The location was perfect. Easy access to everything in town. I appreciated the ski room for ski’s and boots. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk attendant, Christina, was the best!

RomaniaI paid for a small single room( 16 m2) and I wasnt expecting luxury , but that room was so crowded ( wardrobe , table, chair, armchair, tv commode with minibar), a bit outdated, and there is no balcony ; it was on the back of the hotel with a small window and they let me impression that they are not "single travelers friendly ". the bed is kind a small for someone tall ; probably next time I need to book a double room to feel better or ask the single room on the front side :)

Hotel is located very close to rail station, easy to reach with luggage. Just one turn from main street, but very quiet place. Despite it was hot outside and no air conditioning, temperature in the room was comfortable. All furniture in the room was wooden. Also kettle and small fridge are available.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Simi in Zermatt! The hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw away from the train station, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. The room was not only comfortable but also provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. I would highly recommend Hotel Simi to anyone seeking a wonderful experience in Zermatt.

The location is perfect, very close to the train station and the main street in Zermatt and the room is very quiet. They serve very good breakfast with lots of choices. We appreciated that we could leave our luggage with them the day we checked out.

IrelandLovely hotel only a 3 minute walk from the train station and around 30 seconds from the main street but really quiet. Breakfast was good with a combination of continental breads, cheeses, cold meats, cereals etc but also had some hot food options such as scrambled eggs, homemade baked beans, sausage patties and bacon. Room (we had one of the renovated ones) and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Staff were very welcoming and helped us out with finding places to eat and recommended trips to do. We only had 2 nights here but could have easily stayed for more.
