No breakfast. Had to leave for the airport at 7:00 and breakfast wasn’t open until 7:30.

The automated check-in was a bit unsettling when the machine couldn’t find our reservation. We were unable to access the phone number listed since we were calling from a foreign phone. Eventually, we were able to get our key but we were nervous. The location also seemed far from the hotel and difficult to access without a car.

I love the concept of this hotel—great for quick, overnight stays. The breakfast was excellent with a wide array of choices and a very friendly breakfast attendant. Beautifully decorated with makes of local scenery.

- Maybe they can offer an omelet or scramble eggs for breakfast. - Self check-in is OK, but they should provide it inside the building, not on the street where it can be cold.

- Clean and spacious room. - Quiet even though close to the main road. - Excellent value for the money.

The rental cost may be comparatively higher than other options available, which could be attributed to the better services or facilities provided.

- The location is convenient with several shops nearby, and there is a lake or channel within a 7-minute walk. - The breakfast offers a variety of options and is enjoyable. - The staff is helpful, and the rooms are well-maintained. - There is parking available for cars, and an elevator is located nearby. - The room features a lovely balcony with automated curtains.

Super clean, easy check-in, very good breakfast, very friendly staff and very important for cyclists a spacious and safe parking lot for bicycles (even equipped with pump and oil).

I really couldn't find it.

The location of the hotel was right next to the road, so I was worried about car noise, but the soundproof system was really perfect, so I could relax all day long. There is no front desk, but communication is easy and fast by phone and email and all necessary explanations are written in the room. It is good to stay with dog (20 franc per night) because the riverside is close by.

Table fans were of less air flow capacity. Fans need to be replaced with large air flow capacity, as there is no other air circulation or air conditioning media.

Awesome location, free parking, spacious room for a family, great interior, good breakfast, and hospitality of staff.

The room was very spatious with a basic kitchen, small fridge and eating corner. Self check-in was easy. In the room there was enough storage space for luggage. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was also good enough. There were warm beverages, cold beverages, fruit, bread, croissants and boiled eggs. Another plus was that we could park right in front.

No microwave, wash cloths and AC.

The self checkout was easy and convenient. You ca. Access the dining area after hours using your room key. They have a nice small area outside to sit. It was 15 mins away from Rhine Falls. The breakfast was great! Some few shops and gas station near by. The rooms didn't have wash cloths. So bring your own. No AC but they had 2 small fans in the room. No microwave. It was decen space for me and my two teens.

A little overpriced , there’s no ac in the room

Newish hotel, very modern but missed opportunity is that there was no AC, only some fans in the room. With current climate changes it becomes a must to have AC during the summer months.

Breakfast was good, location convenient for us as we were passing through. The hotel is fully automated for check-in / check-out with an outside machine providing a key for any room. Very neat.

We visited Zurich and stayed in hotel sleep&stay for one night. This was the perfect stop for us. 20 min drive from the city center, free parking, easy self check-in, super breakfast, good beds.

We like riverside which is 5 min walkable from hotel. Room size are good with balcony. Service is good. Overall good value for money. If you are looking for hotel away from city probably this is good option.
