The location close to old town Zurich was perfection. The decor was stylish and the room was well appointed. The bed was so comfortable...I love Swiss custom of two separate duvets for two sleepers. it makes so much sense. Breakfast was great with delicious eggs and a variety of breads, meats, etc. We would stay here again1

Perfect. The location is great, only 10 minutes walk from the main train station and a few minutes from the old city. The room was absolutely gorgeous, great design, and I was surprised to find a bathtub :). The bed was super comfortable. The pillows and blankets are of the highest quality. Staff are very kind, speak English very well and are happy to help. Breakfast was great. Overalls - highly recommended!

Actually I was not able to sleep deep and enough in my second night when weekend started because of the loud noise coming from car engines outside which lasted for long time, couple of hours.

Almost everything was perfect except one observation listed in the following block. However, the room was super clean and the location is superb. I would like to offer deep thanks and appreciation to Noemi for her great support, kindness, patience and help. Can’t thank her enough where she offered big help from the moment I walked into the hotel until my departure.

Beautiful, clean, really well located. It had a lot of details that made everything perfect. Everyone was very nice and caring. The gym contract with Holmes place was grate. I had a great experience.

At the breakfast we took olive oil and salt from the next table. One of the girls was ok with that but the other came to us and was very unhappy and took it away. She even used the rude words.

None for my stay. But.. I am going to be back in Zurich in June, but was sadly surprised by the prices of the hotel which jumped 2 times higher....

It was a very short stay between the evening and the morning flights (work related), but I really enjoyed my stay and heard very positive feedback from my colleagues who stayed here at the same time as well. Everything was really fine starting with the great location and ending with the service, comfort and a nice breakfast.

It was extremely clean and comfortable. There were a lot of small details that really stand up like a backpack for you to use or umbrellas next to.elevator you can use em when going out if needed.

Room had 2 twin beds with separate duvets. I would have preferred a double bed with one large duvet but just a small thing. Service at breakfast was a little slow but otherwise everything was great.

Perfect location for me for work, small but perfectly designed room. Comfy bed & nice bathroom with good amenities. Very friendly staff.

Nothing, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked the single room as was only staying for one night arriving late and leaving early the following day. However, this hotel made a big impression on such a short stay. Great central location, beautiful contemporary decor, extremely clean and a friendly and attentive team. The room was so cosy and welcoming after a long day travelling with everything perfectly set up - a true 4 star room experience even in the smallest room. Excellent breakfast too.

The only negative thing was the the veggies at the breakfast looked not fresh and the cheese like it had been sitting around. But the rest of the breakfast was great with made to order omelette etc. The staff was excellent though.

The bed was fantastic and loved the bath products and shower. The fresh fruit in the room on arrival was a lovely bonus.

The room was very small which was not a problem for me as I was traveling for work but may be advisable to book a higher category if staying for a longer period. The breakfast could offer a wider variety of options - great omelets though!

Only complaint is that the bathroom tile needed some bleach to get out the mildew stains.

The room was very comfortable and well serviced each day we were there. At breakfast there was plenty of choice and good food. Location was excellent - very central: an easy (10 minute) walk from the main station, Lake Zurich and the Old Town.
