I had a delightful stay at this apartment— clear and exceptionally comfortable. The ease of access via public transportation made exploring the city a breeze. The hosts were welcoming, adding a warm touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasant stay!

In some way there were an overload of instructions and it took me time to digest it... A bit more friendly tone of voice would be really cool:)

I liked that instructions were clear and it was easy to communicate with hosts. Appartment is very big and stylish. There were everything you need inside and even special welcome gift!

Everything you need for your stay in Bassel. The apartment was spacious, perfectly clean! Close to the centre, but quite. We could easily stay for a long time!

The dishwasher was smelling bad. Its a steep walk up the stairs, so it may not be a great choice for elderly or physically impaired people.

Very clean. Close to the tram and thus close to train station. Great communication from host. Has really paid attention to details that every tourist may need.

Not really to dislike, but there's no air-conditioning so temperature is rising. Opening the doors helps for sure.

Great, spatious apartment with all needed facilities for a longer stay. Modern setting with couch, table and Bluetooth speakers. Kitchen is fit for great meals and in the evening you can lounge on the terrace (there are two). Situated walking distance from Basel Bad makes an ideal spot.

The house is old and you can here your upper neighbours quite well, but they were not making a lot of noise. Hopefully we too :)

We had everything, what we needed in the apartment. And special thanks for welcome gift, the coffee machine and variety of coffees available in the kitchen.

They is nothing I dislike.

The apartment is amazing. It has everything for a fantastic stay. The kitchen is very well equipped; the bed is really cozy, the furnitures are very nice and the view from the main terrace (the apartment has two) is wonderful, facing a full-of-trees garden. The area is also nice and quiet. Just 15min walking to the city center or easily by train. Stefan and Daniel are very caring, with details to feel their care. Totally recommended; no doubt.

The lock is hidden in bushes in the stairs to the basement where there are no lights. Check-in and finding the keys, finding the apartment etc. could be a lot easier.

The apartment is very spacious and nice, easy to feel at home, and the hosts left little Swiss sweets, two fruits and coffee pods.

You reach the THIRD FLOOR apartment by 50+ creaking wooden steps. This was not mentioned ANYWHERE in the listing on Booking.com. There are several lamps in the apartment providing nice atmospheric light, but no option for normal stronger light for work in any room. In addition to that, the desk lamp on the work desk slowly died.

Excellent location. Beautiful apartment, Comfortable.

if you have a car this location isn’t for you. on street parking for 20 € a day but all parking spots are taken. we parked our car in the parking garage for 50€ a day. if you have heavy bags this apartment isn’t for you, they have no lift. communication is only one way, they asked you to do and not to do things in their appointment more than once. we called them many times to ask about the lock but they just ignored us. emergency contact number they gave , we called but the guy said he’s not longer working for this appointment anymore.

the appointment is nice a clean, nice kitchen and we can do our laundry.
